Everything from the customer service I received over the phone, the ease of making the appointment, the very quick response and attentiveness to my issue, the friendly and professional manner and attitude of the plumbers, to the extremely successful and satisfying results... turned this naturally negative and unfortunate situation into a truly joyous experience. My issue was thankfully resolved much quicker than expected; the issue should have required a lot more time and money to correct, however due to their extensive knowledge and experience, along with their regular practice of keeping the customer in mind (as opposed to solely trying to make as much money as possible)-- I was ultimately able to save a lot of time, money, and hassle. I was in need of changing our expansion tank. Sent out quote requests on Yelp, Brian wasn't the first to response but he called me as soon as I gave out my number and said he could stop by the next day. Price he quoted was the lowest among the three quotes I received. I didn't see a five-star review on Yelp but did see there were two recently five-star reviews not showing up (why is that, Yelp?). I googled the business and saw good reviews on Google so decided to give it a try since he could be at my house the soonest. I have known and worked with Brian for over a decade. He is completely reliable and does an outstanding job. He did a super and seamless job with our entire house gas conversion years ago and we had little to no downtime with the conversion. Over the years and since the conversion, we have had smaller but important jobs. His pride in his workmanship stands out. When he did a small job of fixing a bathroom water faucet and unclogging several drains in sinks and showers, my bathrooms actually looked cleaner then before he did his work. He came to my house to replace a broken pipe behind my washing machine and slop sink that was causing extreme leakage. He diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to obtain needed replacement parts, immediately, as well. In addition to a quick and complete repair, he cleaned up the mess that this problem had caused behind and under the washer, leaving me completely satisfied and free from further worry. After scheduling a plumber that never showed up (Dynamite) and one that told us he couldn't come for a few days, I called Brian at 10:15 last night (a Friday) and asked if he could come fix a leaky valve on a pipe in our basement. He said he would be here by 8 am and sure enough, he was here on time. He fixed the issue we had and at the last minute when we wanted new faucets installed in our bathroom and kitchen, he accommodated us and took care of all three things working with his partner. We had water leak in the boiler room and the previous plumber didn't diagnose correctly and ended up replacing pressure system. My brother in law referred Brian to us and we called him and he came and took his time. Initially the water tank seemed ok but it actually had a leak in the tank as Brian explained when he visited the first time. We set up the appt to replace water heater tank and his assistant (Chris) and Brian came on time and replaced it. No more headaches! Very good experience. We had a sink with a slow leak that we could not seem to get fixed. Asked for quotes though Yelp. Brian the owner responded about 1:15 pm, and was at the house by 3:30 pm. He was pleasant and professional, arrived with a mask. He fixed the problem and was done by 4:00. It was clear that he was a master plumber, he looked at the sink, had the proper parts and took care of the problem. Would recommend him without hesitation. His prices are quite reasonable.
