At some point I changed my mind about what model I wanted and just before work started I was concerned about how a tube would be routed, but he resolved both concerns and price did not change. Day of install went exactly as planned. Unit worked perfectly and was able to use the hot water halfway through the job. Job site was left as clean as the work itself.
