Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work. They sent a plumber named Jerome to service our water heater that showed up 2 hours late. I told him 3X's I thought my clothes dryer blowing out the pilot. He told me that didn't make sense. Later come to find out I was correct. My husband found the dryer hoses came loose and were on the floor blowing out our pilot light was when the dryer was in use. Jerome came back a second time to relight it but charged my husband $210 after he told me on the 1st visit. If he would have checked my concerns the first time about the dryer hose he wouldn't need to come that second time. I spoke to Maria the company's assistant manager when she called me to see how things went. I told her what happened and my feelings about the charges and she agreed and that Jerome shouldn't have to charge us the second time ($210). As per our conversation, I emailed her the actual credit card statements and Paypal charges. She told me that we WOULD be refunded and that they would speak to the plumber. After awards, I've had several conversations with this company trying to get copies of our two paid invoices and our promised refund. All I got was an unpleasant phone call from Jerome and lied to by Maria that there isn't anything they could do. We are just going to have to wait for Jerome to give us or money back. Later, Maria started giving me attitude as well. Needless to say as per 8/25/2019, I STILL DO NOT a REFUND and I still don't have our copy of the last bill $210.

Called on a Saturday at about 1:30pm because my hot water heater stopped working (their listed…read morehours on Yelp show them as being open 8am-5pm on Saturday). They asked if it was an emergency. I didn't say it was an emergency but said I would like someone to come that day, so I would at least know if I needed to get the hot water heater replaced. When they called me back about 45 minutes later, I asked if they could tell me how much it might be. They said they couldn't give an estimate until they see the problem. The plumber showed up to the house about 4 hours later, relit the pilot on the hot water heater, and said if it wasn't a Saturday night, he'd try to repair it. All in all, he spent about 10 minutes at the house (I have the doorbell camera videos to prove it). A few days later, I received an invoice for $270, saying they responded to an emergency call for no hot water. When I called to ask why it was so much, since he was only at the house for 10 minutes and didn't actually repair anything, they said it was because they came on a Saturday.... So try to avoid these guys. They list themselves as being open on the weekends, don't tell you that it costs extra for them to come on the weekend, and then bill you as if they actually did work to fix something. (I should also mention that the hot water heater stopped working by Tuesday morning - less than 3 days later.)
