Recently my wife not only lost her house key but was convinced someone stole it and was waiting to visit when we were out. I removed the deadbolt, took it to Benson and the technician rekeyed the cylinder while I waited for under $20 bucks. His price for extra keys was LOWER than Canadian Tire, where the teenage clerk plays whack-a-mole with the automated cassette system. When putting the lock back together I got stuck so I phoned the shop and the technician told me what I was doing wrong. They also do chip car keys. Hope they stay there forever.
