I was impressed by how quickly John S. diagnosed our drainage blockage just by looking at the clean-out hole in the garage. He immediately determined that the issue wasn't in the section from the hole to the street. Another plumbing company had told me that section needed a lining, quoting me $20,000, but John was confident that wasn't the case. John was very smart and efficient -- instead of removing our toilet to snake the line, he simply snaked through a shower drain next to the toilet. He found that tree roots had invaded the pipe. Realizing that meant our pipes were likely broken, we decided to replace them based on John's recommendation. On the first day, Kevin and Cannon made up the team. They worked perfectly together -- Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, and Cannon was a great assistant. As expected, they dug out all the broken pipes and replaced them with new ABS piping. We also had them replace the old piping in the kitchen area. During the job, Kevin discovered that the pipe to the bar sink was half rotten and leaking water into the exterior wall. Even though this was outside the original scope of work, he quickly fixed it by cutting an opening in the wall -- and didn't charge extra! I really appreciated that level of care and integrity. All in all, they finished everything in just two days. Job well done! We couldn't be happier!

I can give these guys five stars for "no shows" though! Even my landlord told me they're terrible at communicating. They are also great at saying they fixed something, and failing. I've lost count of how many times they've come and I've been informed that it's been fixed and it has not. So it is now September 30th and my ceiling has been leaking since July 20th. Unfortunately, my landlord won't call someone else who seems to know how to fix plumbing. These people also told me it was condensation from the air conditioning yet it has literally eaten away my floor. I'm sorry but condensation doesn't eat flooring until it literally disappears. See photos. Also, I have already dumped over a foot of water in another container. Black water in photos is "new" since the leak has been "fixed" at least two more times. Another thing they get five stars for, is trashing a place and not cleaning that up. They're amazing at that as well!!

Most concerning, after they came for the consultation and took measurements, I emailed them links to the items I planned to purchase to ask if they were okay. They replied, "Everything looks good." so I purchased them. The bathtub did fit and was put in place, but the enclosure panels did not. They then asked for full payment with no intention of installing the enclosure panels, which is why we requested a reduction in price. 2) They left without telling us and left BOTH DOORS of my garage open. We found our cat wandering the streets, thankfully not lost or dead, and no one broke in before we discovered the open doors. I gave them that feedback, and their reply was, "We didn't know you had a cat." I can only conclude based on their response that if you do not have pets, they think it is okay to leave your home open to the public. You get what you pay for. If you're willing to compromise your safety for a job done by people who clearly have zero respect for you, your safety, and your home, these are your guys.
