We have a cottage on the property whose foundation is partially set into the hillside. There was…read morea French Drain behind the cottage that had failed, allowing water to seep into the crawlspace and create some mold issues. Adam came out, assessed the situation and came up with a plan that wouldn't drain our bank account. He and his crew dug a new French Drain, installed a water barrier on the concrete wall, then installed a 'catch basin' outside which captured the water from the French Drain to take it off the property via yet another drainage system. In addition, they installed a sump pump and drain under the cottage so that if any subsurface water rose up, it would be drained off as well. That was seven years ago and everything is still working as anticipated. Adam and his crew are amazing and their work ethic is among the best we've ever encountered. His attention to detail is second to none and we find ourselves recommending him and his crew to others all the time.
