You just don't stop at closing time to start cleaning up so you don't have to do it for the next day because the next day you start making the dough and do all the other things to prepare for the days activities. This is a nice little place. Fort Edward is very fortunate to have a place like this. The place opens at 11:00 AM and we there at 11:05 AM and the lace was filled with people already. Most of the booths were already taken. Amy is outstanding and knows how to handle a pie. We will be back for dinner. Thank you Amy!!! Love this place!

I finished much of the food ordered, but I needed a small box for the extra slice of quiche, which I enjoyed for breakfast the next day.
