Pico, lettuces (romaine and iceberg), refried beans, chicken and cheese were all tasty and above average for a Taco Mayo. The taco salad taco shell was crispy and fresh tasting (didn't have a chewiness or a bitter aftertaste like I've experienced at other Taco Mayo establishments). Bottom line: there was no food wasted on this visit. The drive thru is a nice feature, parking lot is tight. Would visit again to see if they can clean up their act.

I also tried to edit my first review but was unable so I just added to it. I know there are others that have come to the restaurant and I don't understand why I am the only one giving reviews. It is really sad for the community and to the owners of this establishment. There is a lot of live and food to share! So here are two pictures. One is my order, you guessed it! The Quessabirria, what I always order. The other picture was my mother's order. She ordered the Special of the day, she could choose between a steak or chicken fajita quesidilla, served with a salad, quacomole and sour cream. My mother is trying to go vegan so we asked if she could get a veggie quesidilla and they didn't skip a beat and allowed the substitution. As you can see, it is full of fresh veggies and is not a small order either. The Quesabirria was as perfect as always. I will continue coming here and bringing others to try it. All that I have brought with me adored the food as much as I do. I do hope to see you there soon!
