Despite some of the biggest snows we see here in CT PJs reliability, and the thoroughness of the team in clearing the driveway, deck, steps and even cars is unflappable. More importantly, my wife and I leave very early for our jobs (I'm usually out of the house by 5:30a) and the team ensures that all is good to go, even under the heaviest snowfall. Trying to work with Will from New Beginnings was one of the worst customer service experiences I…read morehave ever had. I spoke with them on the phone about designing a planting plan at my house. Will said he could do it and came out right away to look at my yard. Then, nothing happened for a week and a half. I asked him about the status of the plan, and he replied that when we met, he "told me" he'd have it to me in 2 weeks. Although i didn't recall him saying that, i accepted it. Two weeks passed, and he delivered nothing. I then wrote a text to him asking about it, and he responded that he would get it to me that very day. The day came and went and I got nothing. I wrote to him the next day and he said he'd do it next weekend. The weekend came and went and he didn't send me anything, didn't apologize, didn't respond to multiple texts asking what was happening, and has basically failed to do anything. Meanwhile my effort to be out in front of this was wrecked by his delays, multiple unkept promises, and radio silence. Finally today i gave up. i reached out to a different company. I am very, very sorry that i trusted these people. They are utterly unreliable, and perfectly willing to lie repeatedly. I would give them less than 1 star if that were possible. I hope at least that this review will help to prevent others from making the same mistake I made -- the mistake of trusting these people. New Beginnings should be called "No Beginnings." they never even started.
