The doctor's office never received the results and had to reach out for months to have them sent over. Even though I provided my insurance through the website and then again when we arrived I received text message invoices stating my daughter's appointment was over a THOUSAND dollars. There was no number provided each time I received a text so part of me thought it could be spam. Months later when I received an invoice by mail the costed was reduced showing that my insurance was correctly added. I paid the bill that day by card and received a confirmation. Fast forward to the last two weeks I have received an automated voice call about twice a week from them stating I need to contact their billing office. I called the other day to be informed even though my child is a minor, I used my contact information and insurance information they do not show that I am listed as the guardian and I would need to call back with the holder of the account (my sixteen year old) I asked for her to kindly check the information they have again and possibly review the insurance information. The rep and her manager stated they do not see myself or my husband listed on the account and they still wouldn't be able to provide us any information. I was advised to drive to Riverside to obtain a guardian form and once it was uploaded to their system they would let me know why they are calling me. I explained that is absurd to drive 30 minutes away to fill out a form so they can advise me of why they are calling me. With the manager I just requested that they send me an itemized bill showing the facility and the date of treatment, still receiving phone calls (got one today) but I should have the bill within 7-10 business days

I called the office and couldn't get through to anyone so I left a message. I went back to trying to schedule online, and when I finally got to the end to pick an appointment time, I needed to confirm with a code sent to my email, when I inputted the code, the appointment was gone. This happened at least 3 times. I finally drove to the location to speak to someone in person. I guess you don't get an appointment confirmation for 24 hrs or so after they have reviewed your insurance, ID, info, etc... What a freaking waste of time! 1 hr down the train. Will never schedule with them again.

However the ladies in the front were nice but not informative with my insurance. I came here precisely because my HMO told me to since it was in network. My case worker told me it would be a certain price and when I got here I paid another. So my husband mentioned it to the lady in the front desk and she said she'll look into it. She did and before I left she told us we were right! Imagine if I didn't pay attention I would've gotten ripped off. She mentioned I'll get reimbursed.

They made me feel comfortable. I had some issue moving and they just came to check on me and told me because I didn't even know I was. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes and it was only that long because I moved! I would highly recommend. The staff provided great care and were so welcoming and pleasant. Thank you so much!!

One being last week when I was scheduled for an appointment with my primary care physician. And this was the second snafu in less than a week. The person scheduling my CT scan stated I didn't need contrast with this particular imaging service. So I went by what they said. I showed up to the imaging center 20 minutes early for my appointment. Parking wasn't problematic. This building shares a parking lot with the ER and then the imaging center is on one side. When I arrived, I went to the front desk and checked in. The woman at the front desk wasn't super nice. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she got upset when I told her that in my patient portal it said no contrast, and that I didn't get a call from the office stating I needed contrast and had to drink a solution ahead of time. She gave me two options: wait and reschedule OR drink the contrast and wait 1.5 hours. I wound up taking the later option, because honestly I wanted to get it over AND I had a follow up with my PCP to go over the results. An hour and half isn't the worst, but when you've cleared your schedule for a certain block of time, it's kind of annoying. I don't blame the front desk person or the tech, it's just frustrating from the patient perspective. I came back 1.5 hours later. My CT scan technician took me at 10:30 am and I was out by 10:40am. Would I come back to this location? Probably, just as long as I confirm the appointment and pre appointment directions directly with the office.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend Insite Radiology. Scheduling an appointment seems pointless because…read moreyou won't be taken back anywhere near your set time -- you'll be seen whenever they decide to call you. Definitely don't plan this during your lunch break unless you're prepared to be gone much longer than expected. If your doctor refers you there, I would strongly encourage you to ask for another option. There are other imaging centers that respect appointment times and their patients' schedules. This was an extremely frustrating experience and a clear disregard for people's time.

The front staff and techs all have taken care of me like no other. Kayla, Emily (both Emily's), and Lisa are all so friendly, warm, understanding and always puts the patients first. The facility is always super clean, modern, and upon walking in, I feel at ease. I always get super anxious doing my MRIs and everyone here makes you feel so comfortable and always attend to all of your needs. I feel super happy every time I leave the facility. My appointments are always on time. If you miss your appointment or late, they try their best to work with you and your schedule. Sometimes, there might be a wait (mostly my fault for being tardy lol) but it doesn't bother me at all. I understand as I've been to many appointments to treat my tumefactive multiple sclerosis, that sometimes especially in medical settings, the doctor, tech, nurse, etc. can run behind due to treating another patient, other issues, etc. And that's okay, it happens and you roll with it. At the end of the day, you want a facility that genuinely cares about you and here, they do. Speaking for myself but I've never had a problem with them answering the phones or receiving my reports. They've always came in pretty quick and all I need to do is send them an email to request them or pick up a CD. I plan to come here for as along as they have me! Thank you Insite Radiology for always taking good care of me! YALL ARE THE BEST!!!!

Leah is very professional with years of experience and veteran owned. She is quick to respond to inquiries and very accommodating. There's a kids corner so if you bring little ones they can be easily entertained. My son ran straight to the kids corner and grabbed the toy trucks to take with him to the sonogram private room to be entertained while we looked at baby. The sonogram room is also spacious, clean, and welcoming. It is separated from the main entrance and viewing area. Leah was so helpful in explaining what you're looking at, what is going on, and answering questions that your typical doctors office may miss. She doesn't rush the appointment and when our baby wasn't cooperating she gave me a candy mint to help the baby wake up and move to get better shots. I've read reviews on google about Leah and her services and everyone is correct, she's the best at what she does and truly cares for her customers and the babies. She's truly an angel!
