Prices are very fair and the workmanship far excelled my expectations. Nolan is very kind, and patient and worked with me to get done what needed to be done to make the house livable, he and his staff went above and beyond to make my town house a place I will come to enjoy. All work completed on my home is excellent and good old fashioned quality. Nolan went out of his way to make sure that the doors & windows that needed to be replaced were exactly what I wanted; when a door didn't look exactly as Nolan had envisioned, he replaced the door with a door he knew I would like. It is difficult in this day and age to find someone as ethical. There were many things that Nolan and his staff did for me that were not in his bid, always taking the work the extra mile. One day I forgot to put my dog in her kennel; when I cam home the guys had taken her out to do her business and put her in the kennel for me. Because they were so easy to work with, and so easy to schedule - no waiting for weeks at a time - I called them again when I realized that cleaning out the garage and basement were beyond my ability. I could determine what I wanted to keep but there was no way I could get rid of the items that I felt could go. They came out the day after I called! I pointed out what I needed to keep, what I thought was still good enough to donate and what was garbage. They took an hour and a half to do what would have taken me forever. I shared photos of the prep work with a civil engineer friend of mine, and he thought their work was meticulous. Needless to say the caulking never set properly and started to drain out the sides of the sidewalk seams. We called them to come out and fix the unacceptable poor job. And quess what? My roof was on an 1880 historical 2-story house with many dormers and levels (three levels). Took four days to do it as one day they got rained out. They worked on a Sunday to catch up. The owner was very concerned about assuring my satisfaction. The crew did an excellent job with clean-up as my yard looked better afterwards. If to say one thing i didn't appreciate is the crew members who smoked would throw their cig butts on the lawn/driveway. I just don't like it and it always seem to happen when i have construction crews at my property. Like a google reviewer, i had trouble getting them to bid the job as had to pester them a couple of times. Still glad i did.
