I was very un-satisfied with Campbell's workmanship and it took the better Business Bureau to get him back to correct all of his imperfection's. But before that I spent a lot of hours researching building codes, and finding an inspector that would come out and determine the work was incorrect before I reported him to the BBB, because Chris denied any wrong doing. He also did work for a friend of mine and he to was un happy with his workmanship, and he also called him an idiot. so his attitude matches his workmanship.....very poor! read more

Still waiting on repairs from a new construction build from 6yrs ago. Very rude on phone and hung up, also called me an idiot like my buddy, who also retained his service upon where he failed to comply with the simplest of building codes.. issues on mine fascia installed backwards which causes water damage and not installing siding to manufactures specifacations. read more

All of this is my opinion, and I would recommend not going with this company. I contacted this company to give me an estimate on building a home, and put everything on estimate needed to build from a scratch piece of land. When they gave me the estimate, they left out some vital things needed for the foundation. They left this out, because they were going to bring this up after I signed the original contract. This way they could get more money out of me for something they had to do before you even built the home. I knew a little bit about building a home and questioned them about it. He then proceeded to argue with me, saying it was separate from building the home. I asked him how much it would cost me, and he gave me a ridiculous estimate of over $20,000. He put things on this other estimate that I didn't even ask for to try to get more money out of me too. When I asked him to give me a new estimate with the extra stuff I didn't ask for off of it, his company just ignored me and wouldn't contact me back. I brought a car with a standard manual transmission to have some gear lube added. It needed about a cup due to some other work. I was told it could be $30 to $40. I thought it was a bit high, but I didn't have a hoist so had it done. Went to pick up the car and the bill was $66 (to add a little oil!). When I questioned the service manager (Paul), he said the oil costs $22 a quart. I know that vehicle doesn't require synthetic or any special fluid, it straight gear lube and it's $4.29 at Walmart. I know they need to product and service prices, so charge me $12 or so. I get the upcharge thing. As I attempted to resolve this, he just smiled and treated my like I was an idiot. And when I said he shouldn't be ripping of locals in a small town, he laughed at me. Stay far away for this place if you value your trust and money. read more
