We have a signed contract for weekly lawn care through October 2024, including Fall leaf clean-up and care. They haven't been back since August 15th. We have called, texted, emailed and Facebook messaged them. No call, no show. Nothing. I will be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint. I feel scammed by this company. Do not believe them! They took our money really fast, but now they won't provide the services stated in the contract. They won't show up half the time, and they won't even do a thorough job when they do decide to show up. Then they try to "add-on" services to your existing contract and make you pay extra money. Don't fall for it. We regret going with them this year. No stars.
