I called and was connected to a live operator who told me an on call person would call me back shortly. Honestly I didn't expect a call until the next morning. Sure enough 10 minutes later Brian called. He was so helpful and walked us through several things. We were able to find the problem (wire got tripped to the pump). He told us to wait at leas a half an hour before running water again. I told him I would let him know in the morning if everything was back to normal. Everything started backing up again the next morning. Brian stated that the wire could have been tripped for months and we didn't even know it, which probably caused a blockage in the pipes. He was out in a half and hour Sunday Morning, and was able to fix everything in under 30 minutes. He even checked our pump and stated it was fine and nothing would need to be replaced. Thank you so much Brian for helping out these city folks (recently turned country folks) in learning a few things about our septic system and being so helpful.
