I called and was connected to a live operator who told me an on call person would call me back shortly. Honestly I didn't expect a call until the next morning. Sure enough 10 minutes later Brian called. He was so helpful and walked us through several things. We were able to find the problem (wire got tripped to the pump). He told us to wait at leas a half an hour before running water again. I told him I would let him know in the morning if everything was back to normal. Everything started backing up again the next morning. Brian stated that the wire could have been tripped for months and we didn't even know it, which probably caused a blockage in the pipes. He was out in a half and hour Sunday Morning, and was able to fix everything in under 30 minutes. He even checked our pump and stated it was fine and nothing would need to be replaced. Thank you so much Brian for helping out these city folks (recently turned country folks) in learning a few things about our septic system and being so helpful. Josh and a young kid were here for one hour ( it was on our camera). We paid him and after he left was when we got the breakdown of the bill. They charged $750.00 for 1 hour labor. yes that is true we thought it must have been wrong but the gal in the office said that's the normal charge for putting in that pump. Really. She didn't seem concerned that we were upset about the charge. After the fact we decided to call another place just out of curiosity and their price was $680.00 so beware if you have Blue Water plumbing do work for you. Ask in advance what their hourly labor fee is.

Rates weren't the cheapest, nor the highest. Fair prices and they showed up when they said they would. We will use them when it's time again.
