Was looking at getting my hot water tank replaced. This spring had them out for another repair. Then asked about pricing on a hot water tank. Including inquiring about 20% senior discount. I decided on a tank then later the next day changed the warranty I wanted. Senior discount wasn't offered to me. I did ask. I called the day after the project was done. Lady in accounting told me unless I have it in writing from Dec. I wouldn't get the discount. Back then I didn't know. I said if your tech.'s word isn't good enough then they shouldn't day anything at all. I wanted to know on her end where is it in writing that I need that information? She didn't return my call. Next day I called again. Mind you I sleep during the day and asked if she could call in the AM when I am up for a little while b-4 going to bed. Didn't happen. Next day no return call. Customer service by accounting poor. I wouldn't recommend them or use them again for any other service. I am not asking for anything that wasn't offered. Shame on them. Mike came out within a half hour of me calling and fixed it. He replaced the line that was leaking, but instead of just putting it back how it was (in an awkward position that possibly caused the leak to start with), he fixed the pipes so the water line would fit better. Also, when he arrived he was prepared with inside shoes and took his shoes off without me having to ask (some might not care about that, but it matters to me and shows courtesy) :) Overall we are extremely satisfied with the work and friendly, professional service.
