From time of the quote to time of service was, I think unheard of, 5 days! We purchased a property fall of 2021, and it had at least a dozen 70â to 80â trees and half of them were branching out over the house and leaning towards the house. Two weeks after we closed on it a huge branch fell on the outside boiler, which we then were unable to use for the winter. Since then we had been looking for an affordable and safe way to remove the trees from around the house. After months of searching and extraordinary price quotes we were recommended to Chris and his team. We called for a quote and unexpectedly he was able to be there the same day for it! Then came back the next day with a co-worker to double check how to do it safe and affordable for us. The quote ended up being over less than half of all the other quotes we had been given! Not only that but he then said he and his crew could be there and start with in 5 days, our minds were blown! They were fast safe and clean. We told them we just wanted the trees down and weâ d take care of the rest. They went above and beyond by chunking it up and making nice piles! Due to health issues and problems walking, I had to park my lawn mower and find someone to help me out. I hired Dalton for the first time last spring and I'm continuing with him again this season. He does excellent work at a fair price. He's also super reliable and a great communicator. On top of all that, Dalton is a really nice guy. Impressive. I have a full acre and he does my front once a week and he cuts down my back twice a season. Last fall he also helped me out - a LOT - by trimming 400 Hawthorne Cockspur trees/shrubs that ring the entire perimeter of my lot, a full 1000 feet of greenery. Again, he did an awesome job at a fair price. He cut nice straight lines, he got it all done in one day, and he hauled all the trimmings away for me. FYI, my credentials and experience with lawn care services are extensive. My wife and I used to own 12 rental properties throughout the metro. They showed up to do the roof within the first 2 months, although didn't bother telling me first and I had just been discharged from the hospital with my newborn the day before. A year later they redid my gutters but put on the wrong colored downspouts and put them in the wrong places, even skipping an entire downspout. I contacted the manager who said he would be taking over handling my claim, then spoke to him twice and haven't heard from him since. Stay away from them unless you have the time and energy to constantly hound them to get the job done correctly.
