I have been a customer for over a year, and I am so grateful to be one of their regular clients!…read moreThe team is dependable and detailed in their work. They bring their own supplies and equipment so I never have to worry about a thing. The team shows up dependably on time every two weeks and quietly set to work, and two hours later our four bedroom and three bath multi-level home is sparkling clean. They never complain about the conditions they are walking in to (it can be a circus in our house sometimes!), and they are genuinely happy to help us out. It has minimized the stress and workload on me while I toggle an executive role, two elementary age children, two pets, helping my aging parents, and managing a household with my pharmacist spouse. The cost is frankly much lower than I would expect for team of two or three to clean a home our size. Great service, great attitudes, excellent customer service, and beautiful work every time!!

The owner initially agreed to address the damage in person, but later denied his team caused it. I sent a certified letter requesting resolution and received no response. Accidents happen. How a company takes responsibility afterward matters. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and I would caution anyone to think twice before hiring this company

I…read moreespecially appreciated his guidance and honest advice about the tradeoffs between insulating and not insulating the walls. He returned my voice and emails promptly and efficiently. The staff that completed the work were incredibly professional and clearly experienced. My cats and I were really stressed from the noise and heightened energy of the tradesmen working on a complete overall of electrical and HVAC systems the preceding two weeks. Dave's crew were incredibly respectful of our need for minimum disruption and, to the degree possible, quiet. A quality service overall, a job well done and respectful crew members. Definitely worth the money. Could not have asked for more.

Lewis Insulation allegedly performed the work, but unfortunately the ice dam issues persisted. In short, we flushed thousands down the drain by going with Lewis Insulation. Xcel energy performed a home energy audit for us after Lewis Insulation performed the work. The Xcel home energy audit revealed that air sealing was missed during the air sealing process. After confronting Lewis Insulation, the team claimed some of these areas were inaccessible. This includes our furnace flue, which gives off a ton of heat in the winter. For those who may not be aware, this is egregious because of how much heat comes off that pipe. At no point did Lewis Insulation inform me that they were unable to air seal specific areas, including the flue. Lastly, they failed to insulate our basement rim joists properly. Check the photos and commentary from Xcel. In short, we paid to have the team air seal our home and help with ice dams. They failed to eliminate the ice dams, and Xcel suggested we get our home air sealed again. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
