We've never been able to get the detail we won and Quentin backed down on the extra cleaning for the extra $30 he promised even though I had the text messages from him saying that's what he would do. Every time we tried to set something up there was an excuse why they couldn't do it. Bad way to start a business in my opinion. Response from owner Mary, we would have appreciated the opportunity to assist if you had provided updates or contacted us directly. I contacted you many times. One time when you were supposed to be picking our car up I called and you were still in bed, It's notable that despite the success of your business, we did not receive a call. I made 8 different calls to you and there was always an excuse on why you couldn't do to package that you had awarded to us. It baffles me everyone else love our service. I chose Miller Custom Remodeling to help me with the restoration of the town home I bought this…read moresummer. When my finance company gave me problems and threw monkey wrenches into the plan, Nolan went above what was needed to make sure that I got what I wanted not what the company wanted me to settle for when it came to restoring. Prices are very fair and the workmanship far excelled my expectations. Nolan is very kind, and patient and worked with me to get done what needed to be done to make the house livable, he and his staff went above and beyond to make my town house a place I will come to enjoy. All work completed on my home is excellent and good old fashioned quality. Nolan went out of his way to make sure that the doors & windows that needed to be replaced were exactly what I wanted; when a door didn't look exactly as Nolan had envisioned, he replaced the door with a door he knew I would like. It is difficult in this day and age to find someone as ethical. There were many things that Nolan and his staff did for me that were not in his bid, always taking the work the extra mile. One day I forgot to put my dog in her kennel; when I cam home the guys had taken her out to do her business and put her in the kennel for me. How wonderful to find people that go above and beyond and do something a little extra with such kindness and without any thought. I highly recommend you give Miller Custom Remodeling a call for your remodeling, new construction, additions, etc.

The workmanship speaks for itself. Fascia pieces don't line up at the peaks. Exposed nails are all over the face of the fascia. Box returns are pieced together instead of wrapped in one piece. The drip edge is crumpled and torn at the corners, wavy and buckled along the rakes, and missing entirely on at least one section. I have photos of all of it. When he ran short on material, he didn't own it. He blamed Hover and the insurance company for the measurements. Measuring and ordering the right material is the hired individual on the job, not the insurance company's. Through the whole project, what I was told kept turning out not to be true. I could never get a straight answer. This 2 day job took a week to "complete".... And a nice big pile of nails and screws left over after they "picked up" Again these photos are After they "finished" If you care about your home, hire someone else. examples of their workmanship they approve of!
