However, I thought the point of getting a deep detailed clean was to get all the things that you normally don't do. She had given me two prices one for a deep clean and one for a regular clean. I opted to get the deep clean, and I emailed letting her know I wanted a detailed clean I mentioned the fridge, oven, microwave etc. She did not do the fridge or oven inside which is what I wanted. In my opinion that is a deep clean. Wiping off the outside isn't a detailed clean to me. She wasn't interested in finishing the job to my expectation. I gave her a star for being on time.

She was very professional and responsive initially and we selected a time to meet to look at the property for pricing. A few days before our meeting I received an email that the time we had scheduled would no longer work, which is fine so we rescheduled. The day of our meeting she changed the time again which I accommodated. I waited for her at the property for over 30 minutes and at one point she texted me she was on her way. She also would not answer her phone when I called and claimed her phone was broken (yet it still was texting)?? Something seemed fishy and a total waste of my time. BEWARE - I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS INDIVIDUAL.
