UPDATE: 7/1/2026 I received a phone call from the manager,…read moreBrent. Brent was professional and I felt like I was heard. Brent agreed things were not handled properly and that there would be changes and re-training going on (I did not want to see anyone fired). After a discussion between the two of us, we came to a conclusion that made my husband and I a little happier where I changed my review from 2 star to 4. 6/6/2026 I am terribly disappointed. We had a burst pipe, when they arrived, they wanted a copy of our homeowner's insurance, I told them we hadn't decided if we were filing a claim. They took a check for $2,500 for a "deposit" (our deductible) of 2 technicians (NOT plumbers) for 1 hour of work, rental of fans for a weekend, and misc. supplies. The plumber arrived and charged us another $675.00 (now I have spent $3,175). They wanted me to blindly sign an invoice - I denied. I continued to ask for a breakdown of my invoice - I received 2 e-mails with a blank piece of paper. When I would contact the office to let them know to resend it to "my" e-mail as all communication was from my e-mail and I was the one in contact with them, the supervisor Kyle continued to send it to my husband's e-mail that he does not read and my husband does not monitor - it took several days and they kept asking me to sign to close out the bill but I kept asking for a breakdown of the bill. Once I finally received it, they charged me $1,600 from the initial $2,500 (I still was out the $675 from the plumber) - I asked them to review the charges because I felt it was too high, the admin said a supervisor, Kyle, would call (never did). After 11 days Kyle replied via e-mail, they have all the signatures they need they decided to close out the account and gave me $900 back from my initial "deposit" (total cost $2,275). I still have a 1 open hole floor to ceiling & a hole in the ceiling, along with carpet damage that needs to be fixed/cleaned. I never signed agreeing to the price and I never got the call from the supervisor... Next emergency - I will call someone else.

Would give zero stars if that was an option...lack of any service. 1st called Roto-Rooter on a…read moreFriday ...was quoted $700 for clearing a plugged sewer line, was then told they needed to put in a clean out drain in order to clean the blockage was quoted $1500 but they had to come back Tuesday after the holiday weekend was then told it would be $8500 to fix the issue...after calling the city was strongly advised to get a 2nd opinion...Their response that I never called they cashed my check and I still haven't received a refund for zero services...thank goodness the company that unclog our drain provided videos of the lack of service because my attorney & the better business bureau is my next call for fraudulent business practices
