They showed up and replaced it and over charged me. I called two other places and got quotes $500 and $800 cheaper. I called them and asked them to explain. They told me it was due to overtime. This was at 4:00 in the afternoon on July 29 (not exactly a holiday). I asked them to explain and they said their day ends at 3:00. I said, okay, that's one hour if you finished at 4:00. They said, don't give us attitude. Wow. Do not use this company.

Said only thing they warranty is roots so be prepared to pay another fee. Said they were going in one pipe then less then 5 minutes they are in another pipe they never said anything about. But again if the first tech would have done his job the first time then this would not be happening. Mind you we have only been in this house 1 month. They also do not clean up the mess. We have a small 3 bedroom house and they charged us $15000. The workmanship seems poor like they rushed it. The refrigerant lines running into the house to the evaporator coil, run down into the middle of the utility room, then over to the duct work around chest height. Effectively cutting off the usefulness for our storage area behind them. They installed the condensate drain line so it runs across the floor to a drain on the other side of the room, when a drain was available next to the furnace. This unsecured PVC pipe now creates a tripping hazard, not to mention an obstacle to rolling heavy objects that we have stored behind it. I would not recommend this company.

Pros: Service guy was nice and unclogged the drain. Con: I spoke with the owner what needed to be done because I knew it was roots that was causing the problem. Told him I need a snake that can remove roots. He said it would be between $250-$300. They showed up around 9:00 am and had everything cleaned up and out of the house around 10:15 am. Technician tried to charge me $375 saying it was 2 hours of work, when I was told it would be $300.00 max and a lot of the time was wasted due to their equipment not working and the technician trying to fix the attachment at the end of the snake. Equipment was old and literally broke after one use. I paid with cash and asked for a receipt and the tech said they were going to send me an invoice in the mail, but I think he meant receipt. I called back to make sure it was a receipt and not an invoice that they were sending out because I had already paid for the service. Owner gets mad at me and starts yelling profanity over the phone dropping f bombs every other word, because I told him I did not want to pay the $375.00, when he quoted me over the phone $300.00 and a large portion of their time spent was trying to fix the snake that broke right away. There were other issues also but when the owner of the company goes off swearing every other word and will not even let you talk that is when there is no point in supporting them anymore.
