I then showed him some additional work we wanted done - the master bath tub had a leaking faucet and we also wanted shutoff valves installed on both the hot and cold lines behind the service panel. He quoted $520 for the spigot and tub work together, which I accepted. He came back two days later to perform the tub work (less than 60 minutes). BE VERY LEARY OF THIS COMPANY. There was an installation issue with our furnace drainage system…read more Thelen sent a tech out themselves who verified the water damage was their fault. They called themselves a water damage company to come out. The water company stated the bacterial levels were high from the drainage. They confirmed on the phone with Thelen that Thelen would cover the damage. They removed a large portion of our carpet (my kids playroom) in the basement. While waiting to schedule the repair job of replacing carpet Thelen came back and said we are not paying anything! nothing! The water damage company confirmed they got verbal consent that it was a Thelen liability. We qualified for the furnace as a low income family HERO program and now the damage we are left with is over 10,000 due to installation form Thelen. I cannot believe a company would be deceitful like this.
