While there were three people working behind the counter, I had to wait about 10 minutes to even order. One staff member was making drinks, another making food, and the third was making signs. I'm sure the signs were important, but so are customers who are standing in front of you. I also requested to add cheese. Food came to the table but we had to flag down the waitress to bring us some silverware. The waitress was friendly and kept our cups filled. Now not being from this area I'm not sure if it's a regional thing or just a here thing but what I got wasn't what I was expecting when I ordered an omelette. Omelettes are usually fluffy and filled with ingredients on the inside. This was more of a whisked egg that cooked on a flat griddle and cooked. Sadly the slice of cheese added hadn't melted so there's that as well. I had asked for my hash browns to be cooked hard (crispy), what I got were taters browned on one side and very soft on the other. I think that there was a mishap in the kitchen as I didn't get my pancake until the end of the meal and it didn't have much flavor to it and overall the whole meal seem to lack any seasoning (once again not sure if that a regional thing as I found this to be common during my stay).
