First time at this store and I was in awe of the beautiful and decadent treats on display...,they have mini versions of the regular cookies and those are already very filling.... Service was good here and everyone was very busy making the cookies... They are a little expensive....I paid around $30 for a dozen mini cookies....but soooo cute! read more

Best frosted sugar cookie! The service there is fast and all of their cookies fresh made that day.

Messed up my order, gave me someone else's order. Called and asked if they could fix it and got told I would need to pay for more, when I never got my original amount and if i didn't want to pay, told there was nothing they could do for me. Disappointing as I spent over $45 on cookies and didn't even get what I ordered and paid for. read more

Good cookies and very quick service but there was hair on the box and the cookies , hopefully just a accident read more

I have a friend who is an absolute Crumbl fiend and as such, have become a hesitant fan myself. I tend to prefer more traditional flavors, which are in short supply at Crumbl, but any version of their chocolate chip is good enough for me. Warm cookies are just so decadent. We like to get delivery to bars when our friends are playing shows and that's just my ridiculous cherry on top for the whole experience. It's ungodly expensive for cookies, but it's a nice sometimes treat. read more

These are definitely decent and delightful cookies but I find them to be overpriced and overhyped. The people working the store are often so busy they can't seem to pay attention when you go in and while they are friendly, I feel rushed. read more

If you're anxious to go to this new Crumbl because you love the cookies, please consider waiting!! This store, in my opinion, is not up to par as of yet. We ordered a six pack of cookies - the frosting was piped terrible and there was very little. This is not the Crumbl quality we've come to expect from the many different locations we've tried! read more

The lobby was a clean place and it was not busy. The line was very fast moving and we got our cookies very fast. The cookies were decent, although it was very overpowering and the price was not worth it. read more

I know this is a chain, but they make AMAZING cookies! I love that they are served warm, unless otherwise noted. The process of ordering is simple - either in person, on your phone/app, or the kiosk at the store. Service is great and usually the wait is minimal. This time I had the red velvet (I love red velvet anything) and this did not disappoint! read more

Places, businesses are extremely short staffed lately, so before writing negative reviews I hope some of you give these businesses some grace. They're really trying. With that being said, my husband and I went Saturday morning right when they opened around 8-8:30 time frame. Our cookies were warm, huge and absolutely delicious. We couldn't wait till we got to the car! I've never had Crumbl before but they were super good. The dough is nice, it doesn't taste "sandy" like some places and the chocolate chips were nice and big and melty. They also had a blueberry muffin this week and it was to die for! The girls behind the counter were also very sweet and working as quickly as possible. I will definitely be back solely on their help! read more

Amazing as always. The warm cookies are definitely what I prefer, but I know all of them are great. Super busy on a Saturday which makes sense read more

Crumbl Cookies just opened today in Cedar Rapids. It's the first store of the franchise in Iowa and I'm SO excited!! Their cookies are made fresh, so they're hot and delicious when you pick up. They are melt-in-your-mouth-good. Their flavors change often, so what you may have today may change next week. It makes you want to come back for more. Staff was super friendly and happy to show off your cookies when you pick up. Space is small, but it's a quick in-and-out shop. It's not really meant to stand around and hang out. There's no seating, but that's okay because you are in a big hurry to leave and start to chow down on your cookies!! read more

Let me begin this by saying this is my first negative yelp review ever!! In 4 or 5 years of yelping!!! I placed an order for pick up at 240pm to pick up at 530pm. My card was charged at 240pm. I "got in line" on the app at 532 it was 6pm before they called my name; just for them to tell me that they don't have all the cookies I ordered & paid for. Of course I don't want different ones but I've been held in line for a preorder order for more than 30 minutes just give me whatever. I understand this is a new business and as such I was excited to try it out. However the feeling of being held hostage by the fact that I've already paid for this order 3 hours in advance, mixed with not having that which I was already charged for 3 hours before hand, left myself and others in the building feeling lied to and taken advantage of. If this is the expected experience when ordering from here it would be nice to know that ahead of time! Yes they are delicious!! They truly are but if you are expecting steak(or sugar cookies) and instead are given chicken (or pumpkin pie) would you be happy about that?! I highly doubt it!! read more

Crumbl - Cedar Rapids - Is the example of great presentation you expect? - Bakeries Near Me - Cedar Rapids, Iowa

The cookies are good but with the ridiculous begging for tips has me leaving 1 star. You place your own order via a kiosk then they give you your cookie. It's absolutely ridiculous the amount of solicitation there are for tips especially given that there is no extra service being provided other than being given a cookie. Why not tip the cook at McDonald's? Also the margin on one of these extremely expensive cookies has to be astronomical. It's crazy that these business executives expect customers to pay their employees wages via tip. Hello! Pay your employees better. read more

Somehow this place is even better in CR than in California where we first tried it. To those who complain about tips, that's just the way things are now in most of the country. All places are moving towards tip options. (Even Starbucks!) Just don't leave one. Yes, the cookies are huge and expensive and they are also so delicious! It's a rare treat for us because of size, etc. they were warm and so amazing. It took a couples days to eat everything and they still tasted good. I am still thinking about these cookies days later. read more

Welcome CRUMBL to Cedar Rapids, IA!!! Cookies were great!! It was a bit of an ordeal getting them. We put in our mobile pick-up order at 10:30 am. Understanding that this is their opening weekend and all the staff are still getting used to their new workplace we were expecting a longer then usual wait. Although, 4 hours later.. We still have not gotten the 2 cookies that I ordered from the morning and we have been seeing many people with dozens of cookies get in and out. Made me wonder about 3 hours in that maybe I should call the store. I called the store asking what the current wait-time was and if maybe since my order was very pretty simple, that I could just come in and grab them. They told me that was fine!! And that I could make my way to the line outside. At this point I'm a little frustrated because It is very cold and the whole reason I put in the mobile order was to avoid standing outside the store in another line! When we get in front of the store you could see their were two lines and one person trying to designate the online order side vs the walk-in line. At this point you can see that they are letting in multiple people (who didn't order prior) in while they still had multiple online orders waiting that were placed from hours and hours ago. How is that fair?? One employee came around and asked the online ordered line our names and they wrote them in a binder to identify who had been there the longest (I'm guessing) which I dearly appreciated, thank you. Afterwards, I was picked to go in next. But, by the time we got inside the store, 1 out of the 2 cookies we ordered ahead of time were sold out, unfortunately. Thankfully it wasn't a huge deal breaker for us, but it was definitely very bumming after the long wait for it. I will say, I really did appreciate one of the employees being so kind, attentive, and patient to us. I'm pretty sure they were the one that answered the phone when we called and they were very informative, and helpful. Giving us our cookie that opened the box in front of us and asked if everything was too our liking. It's the small things Thankfully after the whole ordeal of waiting we finally got what we came for!! Crumbl Cookies!!! Overall the cookies won me over. They tasted great, and I can't wait to come back again soon. Also don't get me wrong! I'm definitely giving the staff at least the benefit of the doubt. They had very high traffic. I'm sure it was stressful, confusing, and they worked their butts off to get us all what we came there for. This review is meant for constructive criticism, and a bit of a praise, really!!! I just hope in the future staff and management can learn to communicate more with their customers when they are experiencing longer wait times and if they want online orders to wait outside or not, you know? Anyway, but if you're a customer: At least for the first month while they are still new, I recommend you call them when you get their. Ask for a wait-time, and call them again if you're still there for hours waiting, it doesn't hurt to ask! Also don't forget to breathe, and remember the cookies! The cookies are worth it!! read more

Too high priced for a cookie no matter how good it may be. Mom's Recipe cookie was just okay & barely cooked. Crowded, small space. Service was just okay. Cookie serving size is irrationally large, making it unhealthy unless shared or saved &, therefore, no longer fresh. This is just a foolish looking business model & not worth anyone's spending hard-earned money. Other than that, it's fine, I guess. read more

I was hesitant to try after seeing the poor reviews. Then I realized that the only thing people were complaining about was a few mistakes they made right after opening. If you love their cookies I feel like the decent thing to do is give them another chance before giving them a negative review. Anyway! I stopped and got a Reese's cookie. I got it immediately and ate it all immediately. I fully intended to only eat half. Now I have a stomach ache but I can't blame them for that! read more

We asked for a 6-pack and they said they ran out of boxes but could sell us a 4 pack and 2 singles. So instead of ~$20, it would be ~$22. I said I just want 6 cookies at the 6 pack rate. They said it is because boxes cost too. I said I do not want a box, just hand me 6 cookies. They said it would be six single cookies and would be ~$25. Apparently, the box is the most expensive thing and they cannot figure out how to hand you 6 cookies. We left at this point since it makes no sense and they are overpriced as is. Note: this was our second time into the store to try a different round of cookies. We went in today to try again since I always give places at least 2 tries before forming a more final opinion. First round of 6 was nothing special. I am sure some people love them, just not us. Did not get to 2nd try as noted above. read more

Their cookies are amazing, very clean facility, friendly staff, new options each week.

I ordered 200 small catering cookies ($285) and didn't look at them until I set them out for our wedding reception. When I did, I discovered they were raw!!! I just called the store to complain and the person that answered said all the cookies are baked for 7.5 minutes. What?!?! No apology, no offer to correct the problem, just complete denial. I bagged the cookies and had put them in the freezer, so offered to bring them in to prove to her they are raw. She told me to go ahead and we could discuss further at that time. Now I have to make time to drive 45 minutes to argue my case! If you go on the corporate website, they direct you to the individual store. There clearly is no remedy there. I will say that I have gotten delicious Crumbl cookies from the Dubuque store and have not had this issue. The problem is specific to this store. read more

i spent 35 dollars on getting these cookies delivered and low and behold the moms recipe cookie was raw! the lemon cookie tasted like straight margarine and the cream cheese frosting tasted like cheese. i am so angry that i spent so much on these. theay took way longer than the app said to deliver. i am so angry i am having trouble typing this i am shaking. this is the dollar store of cookies go by from small local business like chips ahoy. never order from here: one star read more

To start off, walking in i expected an employee to greet us. Not even a hello, they didn't acknowledge us. I understand you use the tablets to order yourself, but there were like 5 employees at the front. They were all working hard but at the same time, they should be greeting their guests. felt very unwelcomed. bathroom was out of order as well, but what can you do. Other than the poor customer service, the cookies were absolutely fantastic!! i plan on coming back again one day, its about a 30 minute drive. just hope next time i come, the employees are a bit nicer. read more

Ordered on line for an 11am pickup. They DO NOT start preparing the order until you are there. This is beyond bad business practice. speaking with others who ordered on line, they have been waiting over 45 minutes to get their order.
