Initially planning to check out one store ended up being 2 separate stores with the same name. The smaller store had so many nice items. There were figurines, artwork, dishes, A LOT of various glassware and more. And the prices were also good. The larger store was huge. This is where they have bigger household items. SO many different couches, chairs, dining tables, decorative rugs, etc. What I loved about these stores is that they were organized, clean, and have quality products for a good price. I have never been so disgusted by a manager's behavior in my life…read more Today, I witnessed Jerry openly yelling at employees and speaking to them with absolutely no respect. It was humiliating to watch. The way Jerry talked to those employees was as if they were broken machines instead of human beings. What was even more disturbing was that the employees seemed completely used to it, which makes me wonder how often this happens. As a customer, I was shocked and extremely uncomfortable. No employee deserves to be treated this way, especially in front of customers. A leader should build people up, not tear them down. If this is the kind of management your company allows, then there is a serious problem. Jerry's behavior was unprofessional, inappropriate, and unacceptable. I will be reporting this to corporate because employees deserve far better than being publicly yelled at and degraded while trying to do their jobs.
