Another item that stood out to me were candle holders made of heavy glass they resembled large ice cubes, almost like a paperweight. There was a matching wine holder. A better way to describe them is made of lucite glass. They would look nice on a bar or dining table. There are lots of antiques and handmade embroidered, knit, crochet towels, aprons, and placemats. Why are they selling products they can't repair and stand behind? All of the communication has been from us asking for status and continuing to be told the part is "on the way".
