I've only seen that option in Michigan. At least not in Nevada or South Carolina. It adds an extra layer of flavor and the meat was spiced beautifully. I think it's lamb. It's been about 30 years since I've had grape leaves with meat in them. Nothing beats Michigan Lebanese food. Vegas doesn't even come close. The baba ganouj was creamy and flavorful. I have been craving good Lebanese food for so long. I am so happy right now. I ended up spreading the baba ganouj on the soft pita and it was the perfect pairing with the grape leaves. When I approached them to ask about product availability, I was met with an attitude that felt dismissive and uninterested. Instead of offering help or even a quick explanation, Laurel seemed irritated by my questions and gave short, unhelpful responses. It left the impression that customer concerns weren't important. While I understand that stores can have busy days and shortages, the lack of professionalism and courtesy from leadership is what ultimately pushed me to leave without completing my shopping. A manager sets the tone for the whole store, and in this case, the tone wasn't welcoming or supportive. I hope the store takes steps to improve customer service and organization, because right now it falls far below reasonable expectations.

They have a very nice selection of donuts. I particularly like the crawlers, cinnamon rolls, pumpkin donuts and espresso donuts. She told me that they would hold it for me until today when I was able to get another caregiver to stay with him. When I got there, the money was not in the drawer, so the girl today sent me to the help desk to check with them. She knew nothing about it & couldn't find it either, so I was told by Serena, (help desk) that they could not be held responsible for it. I was told yesterday on the phone by the employee who found my money, that if they hadn't found it when they did, that they woulld not be held responsible for it, which I totally understand. All this trouble trying to get my money back. It was only $10 dollars that I needed to help pay for my caregiver. Seriously? You are going to lose a good customer over "MY" $10 dollars! When I got home today, I called twice to asked for a manager & was hung up on twice. Someone did answer the second time & she told me she would try to find a manager for me & then nothing again but a dial tone.
