When he pulled into the driveway, he refused to get out of his vehicle because I "had a big dog," even though this same company has been to my property multiple times every year for sprinkler service. We pointed out where the main valve was, and instead of doing the job he was scheduled for, he told my daughter to "forget it," saying it was too difficult and that he had three other jobs to do. This appointment was set by their office, not me. Because I wasn't home at that moment, he called me rude and said he wasn't doing the job at all. I told him to leave my property since he had been disrespectful from the start. He began yelling, so I hung up, and he even called me back afterward, which I did not answer. Overall, extremely unprofessional behavior, unnecessary attitude, and zero accountability. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend them based on this experience.

They programmed the system to come on in rounds to water the seed. There were several patches that did not take and my mom was provided a small bag with no directions on when to reseed. My mom has a Lawn care person come and mow. She applied fertilizer in the fall and again this spring. The clover has now overrun the Lawn. Mateo Lawn was called and accused the mower of introducing the clover. There is a small patch of lawn in the back yard, and behold, no clover to be found. Just beautiful green grass. Mom asked what could be done and an estimate was sent to her....in the amount of $5,000 plus dollars. Mom called to say they would have to sharpen their pencils and fix it.
