We hired Five Seasons last year to replace most of our windows for our home. Some of our windows…read morewere fairly large, and we also had two sliding glass doors replaced. So, this was a big project and we were very nervous as it was our first time doing this. From the start, we were impressed by the sales process. They went over our preferences and needs multiple times, made many iterations, and finally, we settled on the windows to replace, the style, the amount of sun filtering, etc. We chose Marvin windows as the window manufacturer, and Five Seasons then handled the installation. Now that it's been a year, we can say that Five Seasons supports their work really well. We had some problems with the hardware side of some of our Marvin windows and doors. It wasn't anything major, but things that should have been working properly. Dylan and Makayla provided exceptional support and actually rebuilt our sliding glass door locks for us, and since they did their work, the door locks have been working perfectly. The window installers, under Mike, did a great job installing windows that were large and in difficult locations. We have now had a year to see how they have held up to wind, rain, and cold weather and they are doing great. We are glad we went with Five Seasons. They were reasonably priced, installed the windows when scheduled, and have been providing excellent support.

It has been a breath of fresh air to work with Gravina's Window Center of Littleton. We had tried going the route of "finding a great deal" in the past, only to discover cheap is expensive in the long run, and our "deals" had left us with poor quality products and even worse quality workmanship. We decided this time around we would research and interview for all of the projects we were about to begin - this time it would be about finding the best value for our money, professionalism, quality and workmanship. Our first meeting with Gravina's was to look into replacing a few basement windows. After meeting with Jim Gravina, Mike Gravina and Justin Shyong - loving their energy, knowledge and ideas - we decided to have them replace the windows in the basement and replace our back patio doors. I can't begin to express how excited we were to see the finished project - the back door had become a favorite focal point of our home! Once we had actually seen, and experienced the difference with the windows, door and workmanship from Gravina's, it was a "no-brainer" to have them handle "phase two"... siding our garage and replacing the garage windows. Again, everything was awesome! Knowing that our James Hardy siding was done according to all of the proper guidelines of the product was important to us. Of course, with everything going better than we could have expected, I can honestly say, we were excited to hire Gravina's again for "phase three"... replacing the windows and front entry door on our main level (the remainder of the house), they continued to exceed our expectations and we are absolutely ecstatic about everything! John Gravina and his crew did an incredible job with our window & door installation, as well as Wynette & Samantha who had come back to do perfect staining of the interior windows, door and casings to match the hardwood floors in our home. It seems a little strange to say I was excited to work with a contractor - because I think many of us have experienced that nightmare of having someone in your home and just praying for the day they will leave - but the peace of mind knowing that things are going to be completed right, all of the proper follow thru will be done, having qualified and respectful people working in your home, knowing that you have a company you can trust, and knowing you will have beautiful windows, doors and siding to enjoy for years to come, is something to be excited about! Upon writing this review, I have reached out to Gravina's to let them know if they have a client that would like to see the work they have performed at our home, they are welcome to schedule a time with me to bring them by (this is something that we have only offered to do with Gravina's and Luxescapes, the landscape/hardscape company we worked with on our backyard that was also incredible). Because I don't want to post my personal contact information over the internet, if you wish to call me regarding our experience with Gravina's, you are welcome to get my number from Gravina's. If you are looking for windows, doors or siding, I would highly recommend contacting Jim, Mike or Justin to come by... you will not be disappointed! We hope you will find this information helpful in your search for a qualified contractor for your project! ~ Kevin & Jeri-Lynn ~

He usually has to leave a message, and no one returns our call. We were told that our windows would be installed in December. The last time my husband spoke to anyone, he was told late April/early May. It is now May 10th. It's been 9 months. No one has ever called us to inform us why it is taking so long. I assume the ball was dropped somewhere in the process. I want to cancel the order and forget it. I chose this company based on a personal recommendation. I thought we would get better customer service over the corporate options. Nope; it has been THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have EVER received. DO NOT hire this company. 9 months and counting.

We were looking to replace our 28-year-old, builder-grade siding that was showing signs of water…read moreretention. After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

Inferior Product Installed…read more I needed new windows for a remodel I am doing in my daughter's condo. I contacted Superior Industries for one of three quotes I received. Mike came to respresent Superior. Mike and I discussed in detail about the color of the windows. I probably told Mike at least a dozen times "I need brown windows," "The windows must be brown." Not once did Mike speak up to tell me the windows he had in mind would be white inside. I fully expected the windows to be brown inside and out. Mike emailed me a work order where he added "white inside" to the description of the windows. I didn't notice this detail in the work order, but at the same time, I did not approve or sign-off on this work order. I approved the install solely on the promise of brown windows at a quoted price of $11,262. What business person would believe that simply sending out a work order, with no sign-off by the customer, indicates acceptance by the customer? The windows Superior installed are much cheaper windows than all-brown windows would have been. I accepted their quote believing I would get all brown windows. Quotes from the other vendors indicate brown and white windows sell for three to four thousand dollars less than all brown windows. I overpaid by three to four thousand dollars! I entered into agreement with Superior in good faith. I did not get respect or good faith in return. Instead, I got an inferior product where a much better product was promised. I will never do business with this company again. Update to Mike's response: What contract? A contract is a document where both parties sign-off agreeing to the terms of the contract. My signature does not appear on any such document. The email Mike references approves only the quote based on a promise of seven brown windows. I never approved the work order via email. I challenge Mike to post here any proof that I signed-off or otherwise approved the terms of his "work order."

He shared that it would take about 4 to 6 weeks to receive the doors. In addition, being a military veteran, Kale ensured that we received a military discount. Several days later, another employee came and digitally measured all of the doors that were going to be replaced. The big door was going to be 96" across, which was for our den storage closet. He explained the process for this door and what to expect. Five weeks later, our doors were received and installed. The team of two came prepared and installed all the doors within three hours. Talk about professionalism! The doors finish was outstanding, and the black enhanced the white doors. The storage closet, which was 96 inches across, was awesome. One of our neighbors was looking at the work and wanted their phone number, which I gladly gave to them. Living in a retirement community, we do a lot of word-of-mouth referrals for our neighbors. And I'm gladly going to spread the word about this company and their excellent service.

We got an old security door and a problematic screen door that no handyman could install correctly replaced by DSD, and they did a great job on both. They remove your old doors, and they'll dispose of them too. You don't realize what a difference a modern, clean storm door can make on the look of your house until you do it, and then you wish you did it sooner. Not only does DSD use only high quality doors, they align them perfectly and make sure that they're calibrated to close at a speed that works for you and will securely keep your door closed. We used to have a significant draft on both our front and back doors, and our new storm doors fit so perfectly that those issues are completely gone. Also, the doors open and close quietly, while adding security to our home. Could not recommend these guys more. If you've been wondering if it's worth going outside of Lowes or Home Depot for a screen door, or you're looking to get a security door without spending a fortune, give Denver Storm Door a call. The simple project we hired them to do turned into a total disaster…read more The project that should have taken 3 days took 6 weeks to complete and event then was horrible quality. Then they invoiced us for more than twice the cost of the original estimate even after they "took off" some charge for delay and poor communication When we had them out to for an estimate and spoke about the jobs and it was clear that we saw there could need to be additional work added to complete the job correctly once we got started, which should have been included in the estimate. Instead they added more charges later with no explanation. Also On the estimate they simply wrote "materials not included" and never discussed possible costs an then the the cost of materials was 2/3 more than the estimate for the actual work. This is completely duping customers with what their final cost will be! Customers understand there is a cost for materials, which they could include at least a rough number in the original estimate, but if material costs will be almost as much as the work they should include this in their estimate. This is a sneaky, dishonest business practice. Along with the high cost of our materials, we had to pay for every person that came to replace the previous person that did a terrible job. The first person tried to complete the job as a total amateur and ruined what they were meant to improve. Then 3 other workers tried unsuccessfully to complete the job and wasted time and materials to do a horrible, poor quality job, which then had to be corrected by consecutive workers. Finally after 6 weeks the job was completed by a single person in 2 days. Even after all these weeks and people we still have one thing that was working before they arrived and when they finished the left it completely unusable and we have to hire another company to fix what they ruined. By the end when we received the invoice we filed a complaint and they took off a nominal amount but never reconciled the horrible work, time, or inflated charged. If I could give negative stars I would! Do not hire this company!
