He definitely needed a wash, and I found Shaggy2swaggypets on a whim. Honestly, Bear gets groomed every week, and he has never been this clean from just a bath and groom. My wife immediately noticed and wants me to bring him back anytime I'm in Riverside. He's received so many compliments since his wash that I can only imagine how great they are with their other services. Casey greeted us and was incredibly hospitable. Bear was in and out in about 45 minutes, which was amazing. Great service, great experience, and Bear looked and smelled fantastic. Highly recommend!

It took months for his coat to grow back normally. We also noticed when picking him up he was EXTREMELY anxious and seemed traumatized. He also had some poo in his coat, which should not be happening when we are paying for him to be bathed and trimmed. (and no it was not there before, he keep our dogs very clean). It seemed like he was put in a dirty kennel with poop or sat in his own and wasn't properly watched, either way unacceptable. We have been taking him to Grooming Tailz over by tyler mall ever since and he LOVES them. His tail starts wagging the second he sees the owners. please avoid at all costs.

The light bulb just went off! I took her home gave her a medicated bath and started her on an anti-yeast diet. Thanks to Missy my bald girl has fur growing back on all but her tummy. I'd taken my Boudreaux to 6 locations for a nail trim. Only one vet tech was able to cut his nails at a rate of $35. each time. Missy had no problems and her price was less than half. Manager and groomer both talked down and rudely in an argumentative fashion with me and kept my…read moretwo small dogs an entire 5 hours without warning me up front how long it would be and without allowing them to go potty. I was called and told one of my dogs ears was matted and they had to shave the entire ear to the skin. I told them, "no, I didn't want my dog's ears without any hair. The manager became extremely angry and argumentative. At one point I said leave the ears alone and I would do them. I received more arguing back at me. I also said then use the clippers to remove the matted part and do the best you can. I was called back rudely another time that I would have to sign a waiver about my dog's ears. I tried to pick my dogs up at the three hour mark and they had not even been trimmed properly yet and I was told if I picked up the dogs then, I would have to pay for the entire bill. I left my poor dogs there as I had an appointment. When I returned to pick them up the groomer was rude and over the top argumentative and said I was not allowed to bring my dogs back even after I apologized for any misunderstanding on my part. They continued to display such a shameful attitude and stance with me just because I declined to have the groomer use the clipper on the entire ear. What happened to kindness and the business motto "The customer is always right"? If they treat me like this is a "critical parent fashion", how do they treat my dogs??? There is no way to see how dogs are being treated around the corner as when they groom the dogs it is completely out of view. One of my dogs was literally shaking when we arrived home. The shaking lasted some time. As it was, they charged me $15 extra to comb out my dog's matted ear. Couldn't they have given me that option up front? It would have been so much more kinder and everyone could have left happy and content including my dogs!!! After arrived home for several days, my dogs cry when I pick them up from sore ribs. How horribly sad and indicates they were mishandled, too!

First off...I received a response almost immediately... It didn't feel like it's was completely a cut and paste answer... She actually took the time to offer what she can do..the haircut length and was genuinely interested and excited to meet our little tiny terror... That made me feel comfortable leaving her with them considering we have never taken her to the groomers before and my other two dogs are night and day..one loves the groomers... The other one is a poster child for the worst pup ever at a groomers. So we dropped her off.. and came back a few hours later.. only to hear how wonderful and good she was..and she looked so precious and clean and happy... Based on that alone. We would come back for sure.. The only thing I probably would say is.. it's a bit pricey. They have rewards programs and discounts. But $52 feels a bit much when we are accostomed to paying 30-40 for the other two that are 25+ lbs and she's about 5lbs ... either way.. it was worth the trip and they were amazing with her. I went with this groomer because they were one of the only groomers that was accepting new clients in mid 2021 and I loved their work. They are located in a shopping center across the street from the Galleria at Tyler. I own a 2 year old labradoodle female. She is scared of new people and never seems to afraid of the groomers there. She lets them pet her with no apprehension and follows them to the back. Her haircuts are always beautiful. We usually get a bath and tidy, but in the most recent visit we needed a full groom. Our dog came back happy and fresh. We got her teeth clean because of bath breath, and now her breath is fresh and has been fresh for about 5 days now. Her bath and tidy is usually $55. Her groom with detangling conditioner and teeth brush was $100. We will continue to use this groomer for her.
