Ricky did it! ‍ My baby Zoey walked out looking like a total superstar! He absolutely killed my vision -- every detail was perfect. Zoey's strutting around like she's on a runway, and honestly, who can blame her? Thank you, Ricky, for keeping my girl slaying and fabulous! #FreshCut #ZoeyTheDiva

Teddy is 6 turning 7 this March. Throughout his life he's been very apprehensive about getting groomed, due to an abusive mobile groomer when he was a puppy. The love and caring he was shown at Groomaster is nothing short of extraordinary. I have never seen so much transparency in the process nor patience and understanding for Teddy's needs. He will be going to Groomaster from now on. I encourage anyone with a nervous dog to take them to see Ricky and Natali, they truly care.

My pup didn't hate her grooming experience!! To top it off, she looks and smells amazing. Cute cut and her coat is beautiful and shiny. Thank you Ricky & Natali.

Our pup does like us touch his paws but Ricky and Natalie were able to get the job done in under 10 mins.

Our last three visits have been frustrating, but this final experience was the breaking point. I brought my Border Collie in with very specific, detailed instructions for a "pet trim" to improve her comfort and hygiene: Detailed scissoring and blending on the legs to avoid blunt, choppy cuts. Thinning shears to reduce density on her tail while maintaining the "flag" look. A "tunnel belly" and sanitary trim for cooling. Instead of the skilled scissor work I requested, they took the absolute "easy way out." They finished her entire grooming in 30 minutes (it usually takes an hour), and when I picked her up, she had been shaved to a 1/8th inch "puppy cut" all over. For a double-coated breed, this is devastating to their ability to regulate temperature. When I called to address this, they claimed I asked for an "all-over trim." In what world does a request for a blended, functional trim result in a total shave-down? To make matters worse, the staff member hung up on me, saying they were "really busy" and offered zero accommodation or apology for ignoring my instructions. It is incredibly disappointing to see a business treat a long-time customer with such blatant disregard. They clearly prioritize speed and high turnover over actual grooming technique and customer service. We will not be returning.

At first I used a guy (Quinton) who was great! Left to groom somewhere else. Then I took on another groomer there by the name of Isabella. Used her a few times and was very happy. Things started to change every 6/8 weeks when I brought my two Mini schnauzers in to get groomed. Each time the price kept going up. From $65 to $95 dollars in a matter of months. She also stated each time that my dogs had mats, which they did not, and tried to charge me more for that! Last appt was at 10am, and my dogs were still sitting in cages at 3PM with Isabella nowhere to be found. Again, tried to charge me $95 per dog!!!! Had an appt on 5/25, Isabella cancelled on me. Made the appt for Tues. 5/26 at 10am. Still waiting for Isabella to arrive and it was 10:40. Next thing I know, the lady at the front desk calls Isabella, then proceeds to tell me that Isabella doesn't want to groom my dogs!!!! Bottom line, DON'T USE ISABELLA!!!!! NOT RELIABLE AT ALL!!!!!! USE TINA, GREAT GROOMER ALL-AROUND!!!!!

And after all that paperwork, they still claim they don't have the phone number they've had on file for three years and called me on before. Let's put this in perspective. I can order dinner to my door in two taps -- Reorder, Apple Pay, done. A stranger drives hot food across town on the strength of my thumbprint. In their place, a pricier monthly "membership" that auto-drafts your card whether your dog walks through the door or not, with no rollover for the days you paid for and never used. Read that again: you pay, they keep it, your dog gets nothing, and they call it a perk. It's not a membership -- it's a standing withdrawal from your bank account with a bow on it. It doesn't serve owners. It serves a spreadsheet, and it treats every loyal customer as a recurring charge to be maximized rather than a person to be valued. It is, top to bottom, the most openly hostile "loyalty" scheme I've ever been asked to fund. When customers spend more time signing forms and fighting your billing than petting their dogs, you're not a pet resort -- you're a law firm with a kennel attached. Take your pets somewhere that still remembers what the word "customer" means.
