Malgré mes clarifications répétées, il a préparé la commande à contrecœur. Le résultat fut une boisson froide, sans aucune mousse de lait - rien à voir avec la qualité du matin. Après avoir passé beaucoup trop de temps à expliquer et à attendre, j'étais tellement épuisé par l'interaction que j'ai fini par accepter la boisson ratée sans prolonger la situation. Si l'on peut comprendre qu'une caissière ne soit pas une experte en café, le barista qui manipule la machine à café devrait parfaitement maîtriser les recettes classiques comme le café mocha et traiter les clients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme.
