I didn't catch his name but he was able to grab the supervisor on duty and another team member to help me get my stuck debit card out of the machine. And no, it wasn't stuck inside the card reader, my debit card literally slipped into the cracks of the register near the scanner and bagging area. Both him and I saw it slip in disbelief, with our jaws dropped, it was probably a 1/100,000 chance it would happen. Immediately he alerted another staff member and his supervisor on duty. They closed up our lane, opened up the machine from the inside out and helped me grab my debit card. I was close to letting them know I would just cancel my card and order a replacement, but they really really helped me out. I really appreciate it guys. What I really like about this place is that the produce is always fresh and it's relatively easy to find what I'm looking for. I can usually get in, and get what I need, in about 10 to 15 minutes. Again, if you like shopping in bulk, this is really the place to go. You can save some good money on buying in bulk without the added membership fees.

My absolute faves, seriously a fraction of the cost anywhere else, are assortments of hummus, specialty crackers, dark chocolate, nuts, berries...can you feel a charcuterie coming on? They also carry gluten free and vegan options too of items, and prices again, reasonable! If you plan to use a cart, just bring your quarter to unlock, and you will get it back when returned. The store itself is always clean, and the workers kind. They scan quickly, and you bag your own items. I went in for one thing and ended up with a bunch of items, including a 10 lb bag of potatoes. I politely asked the cashier if I could borrow the cart at the front to take everything to my car and return it right away (this has never been an issue before). He replied with, "Can you just put everything together and take it?" Basically expecting me to carry two bags, a box of items, and a 10 lb bag of potatoes to my car with no cart. Not helpful, not friendly, and totally unnecessary. Also, on a previous visit I bought a bottle of coffee creamer with the foil safety seal still intact, and when I opened it at home it had mold in it. I emailed customer service about it and never received a response. I want to like this place because the store itself is great, but the customer service has been disappointing.

The cake decorator said they have a forest green they could use. They ended up using pastel green. All they could do was offer a $10 refund (I had already paid $55). Are you kidding me? So $45 for a cake and the two faces that are cut off are the birthday people. I don't even want to serve this. It's awful. Can't wait to everyone at this party to never shop at this Save Mart. I get that things happen like printers breaking. But why should I still be paying $45 for garbage?
