I recently went to this grocery outlet for grocery shopping and it's definitely a good store. I got what I wanted. And the store was fully stocked in different sections like vegetables, fruits, bakery, dairy, and everything. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. The staff tries to move the line pretty quickly and they try to keep the carts stacked near the entrance so you can easily get one cart. And and store is clean well kept. Parking is ample because it's located in a big plaza. Overall, a nice spot to do your grocery shopping. read more

I really love this store. I have been coming here since they opened! The layout of the store is pretty simple to navigate. I would consider it a small to medium sized grocery store with a decent selection of produce, milk, eggs and canned foods at a reasonable price. There's frequently great prices on many protein options; some changing each trip but many essentials staying consistently in stock like chicken and ground beef. The staff is really friendly, the app frequently offers coupons and updates with the current inventory. Yes - inventory is changing all the time and they are not going to consistently have some of the same items like snack foods, frozen items, drinks, other items of that nature, but I always find myself pretty satisfied with what I can find. Also, the pleasant surprises I find throughout the store along with the steeply discounted prices compared to Safeway or Nob Hill usually make up for what I don't find. I consistently find my usual laundry detergent, great candles, new wines to try, hygiene items and over-the-counter medication all at much better prices than the typical commercial grocery store around Campbell. I don't mind making two trips for grocery shopping considering how much money I save when I do so. read more

We stopped by here since we were next to the dollar tree. It's a very nice grocery outlet. It's a pretty big store with a lot of options. Prices are very good. We found some good deals on cereal, spices and bottled water. They could have used a bit more help at the check out. Other than that, it's a great experience and we got some great deals. read more

You never know what you'll discover here! It's not upscale, but you can find fantastic bargains. I was pleasantly surprised by their organic selection and love their soft drink, mocktail, and energy drink aisle. Don't forget to check the wine section for great finds. Each location is independently owned and stocks different items, so returning to the same store is best if you want more of something you liked. read more

Actually this is a good store with friendly people! The only thing is on this store is when you walk in and go to the left there's a refrigerated display that has, meat, and produce in the same area! The you go to the designated produce area in the back and there's no meat, and all the rest of the produce that doesn't fit in the front of the store! Then there's meat next to it, that didn't fit in the meat section in the back! Confusing? Yes!!! But the real deal was, no self checkers, and one cashier during a busy evening!! A lot of stores fall prey to this! As consumers, this makes us want to go where there's sufficient employees to handle the traffic, especially when you're busy! Other than that, it's great store, decent quality, the only other thing is they selection of soda is not very good, and there's only a small section right in front of the checkstand! There was NO 7up, ginger ale, orange soda, only Dr. Pepper and Coke, and no individual bottles! This is the age of A.I. and a better selection of popular products, self checkers, and sufficient staff is crucial for these times! read more

Epic quality and service fails. I bought the MOWI cedar plank salmon, I know, I know, crazy of me right?? but guess I felt like living on the edge today ;-) it was rancid. The package was dated 11/10 and today is 11/4 and you wouldn't think it would be bad, right? When I took the salmon out of the package I caught a whiff of the rancid smell and couldn't believe it, even though it was dosed in a ton of spices. It makes me sick to my stomach because that smell permeated all over on my hands and it took several washes to get rid of it. Anyhow, I called the store and spoke to the manager Luis. He was unapologetic. He could CARE LESS. I told him about the salmon, thinking he'd say at least he'd go pull it off the shelves, but nope! So I asked him if he was going to say anything and he said no. I finally told him I would at least like a refund. He told me to bring in the receipt. I told him I didn't have it because I threw it away and he said, "There's nothing I can do for you!" It's not like I expect much being a bargain store but at least care about your customers. I sure hope no one eats their salmon. Stay FAR AWAY. read more

So happy to have a new grocery store in town. My friend and I found it tidy and spacious with plenty of bargains. The food looked really fresh and I was very glad to find some wild caught fish and organic produce. The only thing that was disappointing was some potted plants outside that dried out or contained pests. It looked like someone watered them but forgot the plants on the back edge of the shelves. We'll be back though for for more deals. read more

I did get a great price on the peanut butter, was one month past expiration date which is not a big deal for peanut butter, I'll probably polish off all 3 in a month as it's great for a midnight snack, but I digress, the inside of the store is clean, employees seem friendly enough "over all 3 stars" read more

I've been to a few locations ( Downtown & Williams rd) .. for me this one is the best. They actually label and process down the inventory so you do get savings. I'm a single mom of two girls and this is my go to market. I just stocked up for the month and only spent $130 in meal prep and snacks. Oh you can get some really good bargains if you are careful but there is a lot of out of date product on the shelves and a lot of rotting produce. This is also one of those stores where you never know if what you want is going to be in stock or if they're going to continue to carry the things that you like. I understand that and don't mind it but when you combine it with other shortcomings It makes it less and less likely that I will come and shop here. I don't bother buying the beef, although the ground beef can be a bargain and we use it in recipes like spaghetti sauce. You can find surprisingly wide variety of frozen desserts including some premium ice cream, but again you never know if they were going to have a flavor you like. read more

Great store that has the same items as Safeway or Lucky's etc for cheaper prices. They have what you pretty much need and for cheaper and if there's something there's not here then u can go to Safeway but you can save a lot of money shopping here and getting organic stuff as well so don't ignore this one. This is a nice, new and clean Grocery Outlet that is SOOO close to my home! I am really very happy I got one of these close to home now cos I don't have to travel all the way to the nearest one ( on Williams Road ) now for all the good stuff I like to shop from here! I came here on Sunday ( 3 days after the grand opening ) and there was hardly any traffic but I'm hoping that will change. I really hope this Grocery Outlet has success here and I will be a regular customer because they prices, selection of goods and the quality for the goods you buy here really can't be beat. Last weekend, I finally paid a visit to the newly opened Grocery Outlet in Campbell. It's only a couple minutes to walk to this store which is beautifully organized with a good selection of fresh produce, fruit, dairy, bread, frozen, canned goods among wide sections and selections. I was impressed with the good value and high quality items offered. The cleanliness also stood out as did the friendly service. Naturally, there are some great promotions in effect so I encourage neighbors to take advantage. read more

Anyone hating on this place is nuts. You're saving 40% on the same groceries you get everywhere else. It's clean, the staff is nice enough for people who work at grocery stores, there's a huge parking lot, and you probably shouldn't go to a store that charges less than this. read more

I prefer this grocery Outlet to the other 2 that are approx. the same distance from me, I used to shop at. It's spacious with a lot of variety, great prices and pretty much everything I need. I would give it 5 stars, except that I have to shop quickly due to the constant Grocery Outlet advertising that run in their sound system. It's Very Annoying...I'd much prefer hearing relaxing music and I'd stay longer. read more

AVOID - my disabled son experienced discrimination by an erratic employee at this store by the name of Russell. I am still shaking my head regarding this. I'll be honest and say GC its not my first choice when shopping, but I popped in yesterday to grab a couple of things as my son (who is autistic) and I just had our COVID boosters at CVS in the same parking lot. My son is a big kid who was wearing a hoodie, and he was eating some Corn Nuts and drinking a bottled drink my husband had gotten him earlier in the day during a drive. As soon as we entered we began to be followed in the store. An employee by the name of Russell began asking us if we needed any help. I became unnerved because Russell was acting a bit erratically--very twitchy and shifty-eyed. Because I was concerned he was not well, I avoided him as we loaded our hand basket with stuff we really didn't need (ice cream, frozen fries--you know, the good stuff). When checking out, Russell claimed that my son had taken the Corn Nuts and drink and asked my son if he had anything in his pockets. I was in shock. Are you kidding me? Now, I know there are some people who feel desperate enough to steal food because they are in need, but we are definitely not those people. I told Russell he was profiling my son. The worst thing is my son was very triggered and it will take weeks if not months for him to overcome being accused of theft. I gave Russell a piece of my mind and I am pursuing a complaint against this employee and this store. This employee's erratic behavior, the profiling of my son and the aggressive treatment of him was absolutley and totally wrong and unacceptable. Will never set foot again in this dumpy store with its off-brands and expired products that are still overpriced who employs questionable employees who mistreat disabled persons. read more

I just went here today, 2nd day its been open and its nice and clean I'll give them that. Compared to the other Grocery Outlets around here, it doesnt have that gloomy yellow look to them in the inside, so that's a plus. I was comparing them to the other two I go to (Williams and Foxworthy) Felt to me like it has less selection of items compared to those. Might just be since its still a new store, they might add a little more variety. I'll stick with the Williams as my go-to, but will check in here every once in a while to see if they have specific items for cheap. read more

I looove Grocery Outlet so I had been so excited for the opening of this store since it was a nice new space in a nice area. I am sad to not be able to rate this higher, but I just think the store is not set up well. The good.....tons of carts that are brand new too so super clean. (We normally go to the one on Homestead, and we have to do a scavenger hunt in the parking lot for a cart.). It's also a new, shiny, bright space, and the workers were nice. Also, things didn't seem to be as close to expiration as what I often see. The bad: social distancing was non-existent. The space is just super cramped so there is nowhere to stand without being on top of others. You have to go down the aisles single file and the back wall of the store is set up way too close to the end caps of the aisles. They must have less space because I noticed each section of food in the aisles was smaller than what I am used to (despite being fully stocked). We had to rush more than I would have liked and I did not like being so close to people. I was hoping this would be my go-to but I don't think it's worth the health risk. read more

I used to shop at the Williams store and now shop at this one all the time. It is fresh, clean and the staff is very kind and professional. Everything is so well arranged and it is easy to find things. I want to take a minute to recognize Russell the Assistant Manager. He is always on the go and seems on top of his job, His customer service skills are exceptional and he is always quick to smile and say something positive. He takes great pride in his job and it shows with the way the store is run. I am impressed with him and I think he should be a role model for other managers. I have made this my go-to store and look forward to having it around for a long time. read more

This new store opened yesterday (Feb 18, 2021) and I was able to visit for the first time today. Very nice big space (formerly CVS) with wide aisles and plenty of room for social distancing. Clean and well organized, neat shelves with accurate price labels, well-stocked. Nice people, efficient cashiers, everyone friendly and welcoming. Lots of parking in a roomy shopping center (with the biggest and best DollarTree store I've seen in the area). Glad to see Grocery Outlet here too, always room for more of these and this is a good one. read more

Tired of buying produce, meat, and frozen items that are not properly handled or priced. Meat is obviously leaky from improper temperature control as well ice cream with candies, all of them at the bottom since it has been melted and refrozen. Try to return it immediately, and you are the enemy. Wish you were as friendly and took care of your store like the locations on Foxworthy and the one on Homestead. Even the Williams Rd store is cleaner than your store. Quite obvious no one cares about their jobs or has integrity due to the appearance of the store as well how you handle customer service. read more
