My 14yro daughter just finished her final stage of braces last month then took a tumble on her electric scooter last night, hitting the pavement face first (thankfully was wearing a helmet). She busted her lip good and shifted top/front teeth out of place. After we wrapped up at ER, he met us at 10:30PM at his office to put a bracket on and gently pull her teeth back into place. Not to mention at NO CHARGE! He is really the best in the area, we had such a wonderful experience for her braces journey but this really took the cake as going ABOVE and beyond for his patients!

We quickly saw that he's not in the industry to upsell, or suggest unnecessary procedures. He's trustworthy, which is rare and SO VALUABLE! Finally, his team is amazing! They are reliable, friendly, and provide exceptional service! Without a doubt, the best around!!!

From the very first consultation to the final appointment, the care and attention to detail from Dr. Kravitz and his staff were unmatched. They made the entire process smooth, reassuring, and even enjoyable. More recently, our oldest son needed a set of retainers, and to our complete surprise, Dr. Kravitz provided them at no charge. In today's world, that kind of kindness and integrity is rare--and it speaks volumes about the way this practice treats their patients and families. Everyone in the office is professional, welcoming, and genuinely invested in each patient's care. We are so grateful to have found such a trustworthy and talented orthodontist. I recommend Dr. Kravitz and his team wholeheartedly--they go above and beyond in every way! Sincerely, Tim Ford

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH MY ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT!…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. I trusted NVO Orthodontics and Dr. Itani with my smile, and it was one of the biggest mistakes I've made. They completed my treatment even though my lower teeth were still crooked and my upper front teeth were still protruding. Anyone could clearly see that the treatment was not finished properly. I repeatedly expressed that I was unhappy with the results, but my concerns were not taken seriously. Instead of working with me to achieve the outcome I had paid for, they simply ended my treatment. I left the office feeling disappointed, frustrated, and hopeless. Orthodontic treatment is a significant investment of both time and money, and patients deserve to have their concerns heard and addressed--not dismissed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend NVO Orthodontics. I felt like getting paid was more important to them than making sure I was satisfied with the results of my treatment.

The staff were so nice when we came into the office and welcomed us in. The wait was not long and they gave me a tour of the place so my daughter could feel at home if we decided to go with them. Dr. Levine was super knowledgeable and detailed with the consultation. He has 30 years of experience and my friend told me she went there years ago and they did such a great job with her teeth. Reason we did not go with them is the distance from where we live. I wanted to shoot my shot because I heard nothing but great things about this place. Pricing is better than North Potomac Ortho too. Definitely shop around before committing, it makes a difference. This would have been first pick if it wasn't far from home.

Good people who really care and really know their stuff. Whether you wind up primarily seeing the fabulous Dr. Mina or Dr. Bob (what a card!), you can't go wrong. Also loved that they can make their own "Invisilign," which is a more approachable option and works all the same. Also, the parking garage at 1160 19th St. NW is super close, very reasonable on Spot Hero, and likewise, super nice folks!! Cannot recommend Kumra enough! (DC-location patient).

I thought it was due to thumb sucking but she just had a small mouth with too many teeth fighting for room. First let me say Griffen and Errera Orthodontics is THE place to go for braces. The entire team treated her like family! They allowed my daughter to schedule her own appointments and they sent a text message 2 days before each appt as a reminder every month for over 2 years. She won a Visa Gift card for cleanest teeth too! The payment plan I had with Griffin and Errera Orthodontics was worth every penny. Payment plan I chose was for 2 years of monthly payments. After the 2 year plan was completed, her teeth/braces still needed adjustments. Griffin and Errera Orthodontics kept the braces on and continued monthly maintenance for 6 extra months until they were adjusted to their standards without asking me for any more money than I had already paid.
