Food so delicious even the kids will clean their plate.

The food was hot, fresh, with large portions. We tried the bruschetta, lemon vinaigrette salad, "the don" and "the Italian" pizza. Our waiter was Diego was great. He greeted us and ensured we had our drinks almost immediately. When then ordered and were shocked how fast everything came out. We sat on the patio and loved being able to people watch. The decor is traditional Italian complete with sting lights that was cute. Very family friendly which is a huge plus and fair price point for the amount of food served. The pizza is thin crust with tons of flavor. It is most appropriate to post an empty plate because my family almost licked it clean they loved it so much!

Fantastic pizza with meatballs, ham, olives and red onion.

What is there not to love about Grimaldis? The food is fantastic and there is a great wine selection. I love the crust and cheese. The service was fantastic and the ambiance was lively.

I finally checked out Grimaldi's Pizza, located in the Scottsdale Quarter. We were seated right away and the staff was friendly. It looked like there had been a recent rainstorm that caused a leak as there were a couple of buckets on the floor catching water drops that were coming from the ceiling. We ordered two pizzas, an Exxtra Pepperoni + Hot Honey and a Barbecue Chicken Pizza. It took about 20-25 minutes for them to come out. The crust is quite thin, so it's easy to finish a whole pizza on your own. Overall, the pizza was good. I'd stop by again if I'm in the area but I wouldn't make a special trip just for it.

Wow I'm surprised this was totally good!!!!! We got Prosciutto and arugula then added ricotta and hot honey..... we got the 18" thinking we would take half home. It was so good we ate it all!!!! Absolutely loved it. Downsides- no pineapple- YUP NO PINEAPPLE in a pizza restaurant. Also they do not serve subs and not a lot of sides options (like breadsticks and bread knots etc) I will also add that they are GENEROUS with the toppings. There was so much prosciutto on it, it was unreal. I mean we loved it P.S. the freaking cheesecake.......... They have these seasonal caramel apple cheesecake and pumpkin. I do not even like sweets and OMG. You can get a trip sampler and they bring you any 3 desserts of your choice. I can't believe how much I enjoyed them

I went here on April 1st to check out the pizzas and they offered wines at 60 percent off. There was about a hour wait for the pizza ovens to be cleaned or heated. I had the gluten free pizza with chicken. The crust was definitely overcooked and was bit dry. I did bring it up to the manager as it was not best ever had" I'm not sure how pricing is done as it's not easily explained in menu from my personal experience. It's kinda strange that even though wine was advertised on menu , there is not big selection on list? It's very expensive thought and other places maybe are an option. Not sure why TVs had no sound as there was only one I could see? Ambiance could have been better in time I was there. But the bartender was friendly.

Great service, atmosphere and pizza! Love the reward programs and lunch specials as well. We had the bruschetta which was delicious and the Small Don pizza. Both pizza and starter were fantastic and I love the crust from the coal oven. I really liked the meatballs on the pizza. It's the best of both worlds and the flavor of the meatball actually added to this pizza creation. Highly recommend!

Love the pizza. Parking is a bit stressful. Location is good. Fairly priced. Usually take food to go.

The hostess was very friendly and led us back to the community table near the bar. Our server/bartender was busy at the bar and taking orders. No smile, a no- nonsense personality which is fine, just not friendly at all. My husband and friend decided to do beer flights. They enjoyed except for one of the beers they said had no flavor. I opted for a Tito's dirty martini which is my favorite drink. They enjoyed the beer flights but unfortunately when my martini was delivered, I swore the glass hadn't been properly washed as it had a sweet, coffee taste. I let our server know and she immediately took it and said she would make another which was great. I did see her grab a new glass. Unfortunately the new martini tasted exactly the same. Almost like a terrible espresso martini with olive juice. It was not drinkable. Either she didn't know how to make a dirty martini or the olive juice or vermouth went bad. I couldn't stomach the drink and felt nauseous so left it. We ordered a Chef's Board. Cheese selections, plus pepperoni, salami, prosciutto, mixed nuts & fruits, olives and fig jam. They missed the nuts, fruit and olives. The meat and cheese were good but it was a basic board. We should have ordered the pizza instead as everyone around us had a pizza and it smelled delicious. Our first visit was not the best experience, however, we may give it another try and check out the pizza instead.

The chicken was juicy and tender, lasagna was creamy but not too greasy, the rigatoni was full of flavors (spicy, lemony, and fragrant), and the fried seafood had a light batter. I would say since this is a global chain, their Italian food is globalized in a way that some Italian tastes are gone. But still , you can tell the food is high quality and the chef put efforts in it. We also liked the Italian vibe in the restaurant - really bright and inviting. Because the patio was all covered, and it was not but two tables with customers, the staff spent more time on their phones and drinking Starbucks rather than doing stuff or working behind the scenes. Our server was amazing. The rest of the staff who were waiting for customers to come in spend their time standing around and on their phone. For not having a lot of people in the restaurant, our water bottle was never refilled, our appetizer plates were not removed off our table before the guy came to put down two pies so I had to move plates around. It was almost like it was a burden us being there. The lady who was making the pizza, was in the kitchen, eating pizza... All visible from our table. The Alba pizza was amazing. The spinach dip was mediocre and you don't get much spinach dip for the amount of bread they give you. The fried raviolis are mediocre. The best part of this is if you're looking for a piece of pizza or a pie, the price point is decent. I would have upped the stars if the staff actually cared about the customers that were actually there to eat. This was the first time there for us and we probably won't be back.
