I have found that food trucks and those hole in the wall type places offer the best tacos. Tacos, a very humble food, we're not meant to be served in a high-end place. It is a food of the people, of a hard-working people, and grabbing these tacos from a food truck and going to my hotel across the street was a great way to experience this meal and the food of Los Tacotes.
