Anyway, Eric was super responsive and professional throughout. I was blown away by his attention to detail, hard work, and effectives in cleaning the beast of steel. I spent time with the owner and we agreed I would follow up via phone or email with the base and accessories I wanted. Unfortunately, after calling three times (each time he was unavailable) and emailing with no response, I decided to return in person the following week. The owner wasn't there, and the employee present seemed more interested in closing up for the day than helping me complete the order. He gave multiple excuses for why he couldn't help. In the end, I traveled a bit farther to the next nearest Platinum Big Green Egg dealer and was able to place my full order in under 10 minutes.
