Before I start I would like to say that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone, so without further ado let's begin!!.. This restaurant and lounge is located inside the Embassy Suites by the Miami Airport. I am going to go out on a limb and say this is one of the greatest restaurants/lounge in the area.. The food is fresh and well seasoned and brought out nice and hot! The waiter, his name is Javier and his customer service was stellar. My wife ordered a chicken quesadilla, I ordered a turkey club, he returned and said they were out of turkey and other cold cuts so he asked me if I wanted anything else to substitute for.. I asked him about the angus burger. Let's just say he made to right by adding a few things to my order. I will say the burger was great, it also came with a side of fries... The atmosphere was nice and relaxing.. it almost felt like I was at home enjoying a home cooked meal... I would definitely recommend you try them out if you're ever in the Miami- Dade County area... I will say that I decided to leave off one star because we were not advised about the automatic 15% gratuity that will be taken out without notice until you get your bill... Came here to watch the game and ordered the chicken quesadillas. I forgot to snap a photo, but they were good and quite filling (4 pieces), served with sour cream and salsa. Service was quick and friendly, and I really appreciated that they validate parking, plus the hotel has a Tesla charger available. read more

Grill 305 is located inside the Embassy Suites Miami Airport hotel. We were very hungry by the time we landed and got to the hotel so we were happy to sit and have a meal. We were seated by the window with a pool view. Service was friendly and the food and drinks came out quickly. I'd give the food a solid 3 stars. The menu had a good amount of items to choose from. Quick service and friendly staff. The food isn't bad for a hotel restaurant! The menu features a variety of handhelds, salads and other seafood dishes, plus a few apps. They were open until 11pm which worked out perfect on the day I went here after a late flight. The hotel is gorgeous too! read more

I decided to swing by this spot as it was walking distance from my hotel which had no bar or restaurant. I opted to grab some chips and they were meh. Worst service ever. 50 minutes to get very marginal food. There are no other options nearby if you are staying at the hotel so they have you and they know it. It was cheaper to Lyft to a restaurant a few miles away, eat and Lyft back than it was to eat a main course at 305. read more

Came here for dinner with some friends as it was ok. The food was fine. BUT, make sure you check your receipt, they automatically charge a 15% gratuity and there was only 3 of us. WTH. I had the chicken wings, which was pretty good. But not great. Prob won't come here again. I felt deceived. I ended up giving them a 35% tip. They should have advertised it on the menu or something. No issues with this hotel bar. Features a large horseshoe bar with lots of screens. Bartender was attentive and nice. Food was surprisingly good and large portions: I had the blackened mahi and coconut shrimp. The mahi was a huge slab I could have made six tacos out of it. There were six large coconut shrimp which is usually an entree in itself. Plus fries and coleslaw included. Pricing not a bargain but it's a hotel, I wouldn't say out of line for hotel pricing and it was pretty decent. They also had a blackened salmon on the menu which would have been my next choose. Beautiful hotel, give it a shot if you're in Miami for business. Loved my grilled 305 chopped salad it had these Avocado nuggets on top, fresh lettuce and vegetables, crumbled bacon and blue cheese little potato sticks it was really a super great salad. I had lunch here and ordered the Turkey Ciabatta. Unfortunately they had no Ciabatta, so they made it on a hamburger bun. It was delicious. I had it with a side of pineapple. Great lunch. Waitress was attentive and anticipating of our needs. I had dinner here as well and enjoyed the Steak Frites. Great meal. We sat in restaurant for lunch and at the bar for dinner. Came here for dinner as it's next to my hotel. The food is so good and savory. The plate is enough to fill you and has the best customer service I've had at any restaurant. There was a little bit of a wait after we ordered but everything was cooked to order so it all arrived hot. Service was good. Our waiter was friendly and professional. Man for the price this food is trash. It's edible, but dry. I ordered two things, the cheese burger (dry like the fries) and the fish and coconut shrimp meal (dry and blah) don't waste your money. (I spent over $100 on two dry burgers and fish and shrimp) It's a horrible spot for a hotel unless you are just trying to get to the airport. I will never stay here again! What a pleasant end to a hectic travel day flying from LA to Miami. We were staying at the barless and restaurantless La Quinta across the parking lot from the Embassy Suites. They recommended this place plus we would get a 10% discount if we said we were staying at La Quinta, which was true. We showed up before 10 pm, were seated right away and had great service throughout, and an apology that they were closing after we had finished our delicious meal, but never rushed us. My Miami cocktail was lovely and the waiter brought extra prosecco out since I had thought about ordering just prosecco instead of the cocktail. My quesadilla was cheesy goodness, and my husband's steak with broccolini and beans and rice was tasty too, all served at a table overlooking the waterfall in the soaring atrium. read more

We were directed here by the staff at our nearby hotel. 305 Grill is located in the Embassey Suites Hotel, near the Miami airport. The setting is spectacular, set on the edge of the hotel's enclosed atrium. It overlooks the atrium's pond, waterfall and tropical forest. The patio seats made us feel we were dining in the jungle. The staff were friendly and accomadating. There is a full bar. The service was quick and attentive. The food was delicious. I had the Churascaria Steak with Chimichuri sauce. The steak was tender and flavorfull. The Cuban black beans and rice were great. My wife had the cheese quesadilla. It was huge, oozing cheese with sweet fruit salsa, sour cream and hot salsa as sides. We really enjoyed our meal after a long (no meal) domestic flight! read more

I really didn't want to eat at the hotel restaurant again but my colleagues and I didn't get done with work till around 10pm so our options were severely limited with an 8am start the next morning so I caved in and came back here. I went thru the Yelp reviews again and thankfully Lameka had mentioned her husband had liked the fish tacos but when I asked the server about this, he mentioned the cod was deep-fried!! Eek - I dislike cod and deep fried wasn't really an option after the previous encounter with the fried calamari. Luckily the server read my face and said they could switch out the cod for a grilled salmon and I was really happy with that proposal. And when my fish tacos came out along with the black beans, it was awesome! There was perfectly grilled salmon with lettuce and tomato in these soft tacos and a tangy spicy cheese sauce - throughly enjoyed this food menu choice and glad got the chance to give this restaurant another go! Our server - a bloke by the name of Juan was excellent and appreciate him making that fish switch out suggestion tremendously but especially grateful Lameka wrote her review otherwise would have missed out on trying the fish tacos out. read more

Had grilled Mahi over couscous. The couscous was the star of the dish. That's not to say that the grilled Mahi wasn't good. It was excellent too. My server, Courtney, was very friendly, and is very good at her job. Although pricey, you need to consider where you are. You shouldn't eat at a 4 star hotel restaurant if you're cheap. lol read more

If you are staying at the Embassy Suites, this restaurant is on the inside of it. Very nice ambience. Very clean. There are not many options on the menu but that is okay because they had decent options. My problem with this place is that - the waffle fries were over cooked. Some people like their fries a bit crispier than others, I for one am not that person. Also my Cuban sandwich, was good but the bread was hard. I was not pleased. Therefore, it was hard to really enjoy it. I also ordered key lime pie and it was overly sweet and they added this green lime type stuff all over. I did my best on scraping that off. I also ordered wings to go and noticed they were not cooked all the way. Therefore sending me to the bathroom several times tonight.
