I would love to give high marks- however they only open for breakfast and that is at 7- too late. On top of that their coffee is horrible! Service is subpar for what should be given. Food is okay, nothing great. Very convenient inside the hotel tho I will give them that. What would be great is dinner especially when you have had a long day and really don't feel like going out. Honestly probably the worst dining experience we had while in Florida for a week. They were not very busy, they only have 14 tables in the first place and there were four or five empty with only one customer at the bar and two servers. We ordered two items, mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and the CLUB sandwich (it's toasted bread with cold meat and cold cheese with two pieces of bacon.) and waited over 45 minutes and didn't come out until I mentioned it to the waitress. The guy that ordered his food right before us got his twenty minutes before we did. Our appetizer came out super fresh, which gave me the impression that it had been back there awhile and she made them remake it or they completely forgot about it. The woman at the table next to us came in 50 minutes after us and got her STEAK at the same time as my Club sandwich. 4100 Restaurant is located inside the Best Western Premier Hotel Miami International Airport. I had checked-in late and had reservations in South Beach but I ended up cancelling because it was going to take me an hour to get to South Beach and would've been 45 minutes late to dinner. Luckily, 4100 Restaurant is on the premises and I took the opportunity to dine here instead. I was fortunate enough to have dinner and do breakfast here before hopping on my shuttle to the port. The dinner service was very quick. Hardly no one was dining at 8pm, so it was really quiet up until a crowd of people came in for drinks. Then the in-house DJ came in started mixing some tunes. The waiters and waitresses were very polite and attentive. They sat me quickly and had my food and drinks within 45 minutes. The food was okay. A little bland, definitely had to add Tabasco, salt, and pepper to my food. I think the items here are a little overpriced for the amount of food they dish up. I ordered the Chicken Fajitas plate which came with small amount of Chicken Fajitas, a small cup of salsa and guacamole, and 3 small tortillas for $14.99. I requested more tortillas and they brought out 2 more. I suggest serving bigger tortillas, rice, and beans with the dish. Their Mojitos were spot on good! They used premium rum and fresh mint leaves, and real cane sugar. Probably the best Mojito I've ever tried!! Their breakfast was awesome, too! It's an all you can eat breakfast for $10 and you get all your breakfast items. It gets pretty crowded here in the mornings since it's a convenient spot to have breakfast. The service is a bit slower during this time. It takes lots of time for the workers to replenish or restock the items. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for someone to restock the waffle batter dispenser and waited 15 minutes for someone to fill up the coffee dispenser. I understand that items run out because there's a lot of people to serve but people are on a schedule and don't have time to wait for items. I suggest a worker come and check items more frequently to assure that everything is there when a customers need them and to spend at least 5-8 minutes instead of 10+ minutes replenishing items. Don't expect to get full at dinner but expect to have a feast at breakfast here. read more

We were stuck in Miami as we missed the only daily AA flight to Antigua (to conduct disaster relief training) due to an airline delay. So we were billeted at the BW Premier near the airport with meal vouchers, too. We are Marriott Rewards members and Club Wyndham owners, so hadn't been to a BW in decades. We're picky eaters, but appreciate good food at all levels. I missed my connection to Lima. I was tired. I was bummed. I just wanted my evening fix of MSNBC and CNN, and sleep. But, I was hungry. I opted for the convenience of 4100 Restaurant located here at the Premier Best Western. I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the Churrasco Flank Steak with homemade mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad. After problems on our American Airlines flight we went to the Best Western. Ran into the 4100 Lounge. After a rough day of travels we were received with a big smile by our server Ryan. Not only did he provide great service. He was very friendly. Told us jokes and really made us feel like we were at home. Beware of autograt!!! These guys serve an ok meal but add 18% on tables of one (1) or more. It's not on the menu but it's on the bill...
