If you have an Amex Platinum card and don't feel like trekking to the Amex Centurion Lounge and are flying Delta, then this is the place for you. There are plenty of seating and they have coffee and Coke machines throughout the lounge. The bathrooms though are small, so there could be a wait. The food was just okay. I went in the morning. They had scrambled eggs, sausage and other hot food items. Nothing fancy but fills you up. I did like the garlic hummus - it can scare a vampire away!

I do recommend it but what I did not like was the cleanliness. I had 3 glasses of wine and each wine glass was dirty. I wonder if they check the glasses when they come out of the dishwasher. Guiermo was a really nice server he was kind and funny. I did like the water machine you can pick flavored water. The food offering was nice for light bites. They had a decent amount of seating and they had ample area to work. The team was overall very friendly and I will return.

Yeah the restroom and some stuff can still feel dated, but the food selection is one of the better delta lounges I have eaten at. Visited here twice. And we have been to at least 12 different delta lounges at this point to compare. There have been newer and slick looking lounges but food is just meh. You can't expect amazing food as after all it's delta sky lounge but here in Miami lounge, it feels like the chef puts thoughts into the food. Even it's just scramble eggs it's not just eggs, adding in green onions. You can also notice it in other items too. A bit more choices in sauces and spread than other delta lounges. Check in is a bit of a hassle when they have a lot of people coming in at once as they don't have dedicated table for checking in. But overall, decent food, clean space, somewhat comfortable chairs, WiFi

Definitely not my favorite Sky Club, but it gets the job done. Take the elevator it's a lot of stairs! This club has all your standard Sky Club offerings. Not a lot of good views, only 1-2 showers so the line can be long. The bar is small and doesn't open until 7am, and the club closes early at 9:30pm.

I expected more from a delta lounge, but this one seems to be a bit dated. The egg bites were so salty, and the sausage a bit greasy. The potatoes and coffee were good. Besides that, it's a nice, quiet spot to wait before your flight. Oh I'm cold and I have on a jacket

Overall, lovely lounge if a tad dated. I could tell that it's one of the older lounges in Delta's portfolio that hasn't been renovated recently. That said, the place was clean, the food was good, and the vibes were generally calm and peaceful, as one would want in an airport lounge. I got to try the shower room. There's only one room in this lounge, but there's two showers in the room. Great for couples I guess?? Lol. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Anyway, the shower was refreshing and it felt good to feel clean after a long weekend event with minimal shower facilities. A small nit was that the water temperature fluctuated several times. Not too severely, but noticeable. The room takes a while to clean in between uses; I think at least 20 minutes or more? I waited a while. So get yourself on the list at the front desk sooner than later when you arrive if you want to do this. Bathrooms: Clean, functional, and certainly nicer than the ones in the airport. Again, a tad small for the number of people in the lounge. There was frequently a line for the stalls.

A nice stop to grab a meal and imbibe a beverage before your Delta Airlines flight from Miami. Originally only eight thousand square feet, the Delta Sky Club in Miami was remodeled and recently reopened on April 9, 2024. It has expanded to 12,000 sf and can now hold 300 concurrent guests. It is located upstairs from the terminal floor, in the connecting area between concourse H and concourse J, along with many shops and restaurnats. Being on the top floor requires you to take the stairs or the elevator, but also gives you the ability to have a really nice view of the tarmac from the dining area. You are checked in upstairs, though assuming somebody would stay on the bottom floor directing traffic as the lounge got close to capacity. My wife and I had an opportunity to stop in for the first time at this location, and appreciated the choices in food and seating area(s). We had an early morning flight, so the buffet offering was breakfast and the bar had yet to open (07:00 is the bar opening time, with the club hours being 04:45 - 20:45). The breakfast choices were typical, and we appreciated the many beverage choices (they have a Coke product self-serve soda fountain, though the mix was off...way too fizzy, taking forever to get a decent amount of soda to be left in your glass). One thing to note is that the newly created area is connected to the main through a singular narrow hall, and I don't think most people know about it. It has a nice view using floor to ceiling windows, overlooking the tarmac where Delta jets reside. It was clear that the old part of the lounge was kept open while the extension/remodeling was occurring. Bathrooms were old. For a lounge that big, there weren't enough of the old fashion stalls for busy times. Plus, it looked like the bathroom weren't part of the remodeling at all, using pieces back from the 20th century. And the chairs in the old area did not have power outlets. So instead, Delta is using portable power charging lanterns to do the job...adding to the list of things the attendants need to make sure are still working. We get our access to the club via our Amex card, and starting in Feb '25, we will be restricted to a certain number of visits per year. It will be interesting to see how that works out for us.

Stopped by Delta Sky Club before my early morning flight, because I can't pass up an opportunity to stop by Delta Sky Club. Unlike the first time I was here, which was only 15 minutes long because we got to the airport pretty late, I actually had time to enjoy the lounge. Entrance was strange, in that there wasn't really much of an entrance at all. There is a desk, but it's part of the overall club and not an entrance. Either way, I got scanned in by someone that had a mobile scanner. This Sky Club isn't the best. It just feels like your usual lounge instead of being special. Plenty of seats were available everywhere since it was early in the morning. The breakfast food was...alright. Have definitely had better. Amenities are pretty much lacking here. Nothing other than usual lounge fare. No showers. Hell, even the bathrooms were pretty meh. Solid Delta Sky Club, but definitely have been in better.

Nice lounge. Spacious in size. Decent food choices. Can't complain about much. Small restroom area. Service is good. Place is clean.

This lounge has everything but it is just smaller than other Sky Lounges I have been to. Still we experienced lots of open seating areas. They are currently working on having all their chairs having charging stations. I find that noise does travel here since it is basically one open space. We heard a lot of people's conversations. Their staff is awesome. There was someone's birthday while we were there in the morning and many of the staff came out to wish them a happy birthday and sang to them. As for amenities, they had everything. They have showers, a full bar, and lots of food. While we were there in the morning they had hot foods and cold foods. There were bagels, deli meats, cheeses, parfaits, yogurts, and hot breakfast items, such as pancakes, sausage and eggs. They also had water, flavored water, mineral water, teas, sodas, and speciality Starbucks coffees dispensing from their machines.

This lounge is just perfectly located, accessible, clean, quiet, and not too busy. Barbara at the bar was super nice. The food was good and was small but big enough to find where to sit fast. They charge $50 for kids and spouses.

People are friendly. Delta and their new rules suck. Food is OK. Lots of room and charging ports now.

Worst airport lounge I've ever been in. Ambience is nonexistent and they actually tried to charge me for a beer.

The staff are warm and friendly , and there is ample comfortable seating. The food options are disappointing, but Flagship customers also have access the standard American lounge too which sometimes has more appealing food options and everyday comfort deserts (like Brownies, rice Krispy treats or German cake). One of my favorite amenities of the Flagship lounge is the shower suites. I enjoy a nice shower before a long international flight (as well as the Arrivals Lounge in Heathrow for example, upon arrival). At the MIA flagship lounge if you arrive with sufficient time they will add your name to the list and typically a shower suite will be ready in about 30-60 minutes. Aside from the showers, it's really all the open seating I enjoy compared to the standard lounge which can get very loud and busy.

On this visit we had the pleasure of experiencing Flagship First dining which is a private, full-service restaurant within the Flagship Lounge. Flagship First dining exists only in Miami and DFW. The LAX Flagship First dining remains closed. Food and beverage options in Flagship First are definitely a step above the standard Flagship Lounge offerings including Laurent-Perrier Grand Siecle champagne! Many years ago, Flagship First had Krug champagne but sadly no more. The decor inside is classy and chic and service is impeccable and attentive. I wanted to try something small since I knew the flight would have a meal as well. I tried the crab cake which was excellent and the perfect size for a snack. Of course, I had the Laurent-Perrier champagne as well - truly outstanding! For dessert I had the poached pear which was delightful! I also had the Irish coffee, but this was much worse than the one I had experienced in DFW. There was neither a cinnamon stick nor whipped cream because they were apparently out of both. Oh well. First world problems! Anyway, definitely visit the Flagship Lounge if you are able and definitely, definitely try Flagship First dining if you get the chance!

It's a lounge. It's better than sitting at the terminal. The food is decent enough and you're spending a small fortune for airport food so there's redeeming qualities. I've not seen anywhere to relax, per se. The chairs for the most part are situated for groups of 4 and there's always one person sitting with bags strewn across. Pros: free beer, wine, spirits, and food. Quieter than the terminal when you're a couple of hours early for international. Friendly staff. Cons: those are its redeeming qualities and it's basically a quite terminal seating area. Overall, yeah, I'd want a lounge and this will be one I visit again but to call it VIP and expecting a Delta One experience is disappointing.

Not great, but not bad. The lounge was quite busy on the evening we arrived. It was a Thursday and it was about 3/4 of the way full. Good news is they serve mini pints of Blue Bell Ice Cream. Bad news is at some point the ice cream was not kept cold enough so it melted and got refrozen. Another miss was the lack of salad dressing options for the salad aside from oil and vinegar. Really? That's it? I saw other people looking for salad dressing options and dumbfounded as to how that could seriously be the only option. This was especially odd because it was a salad bar situation where you had so many other ingredients to choose from, but at the end you can only dress it with the most basic option imaginable. More attention to detail would have bumped this lounge to a 4 star in my opinion.

The music was great and people were enjoying their time. We had 1 cocktail each and went on our way because we just came to check out the spot honestly. I had the fabulous martini which has a purple hue to it, it was very refreshing. I love that they garnish it with a lavender. The espresso martini was made with Don Julio Reposado, and had real fresh espresso as per the menu. It was good but a bit strong too! We had asked for an extra shot of espresso on the side just as a pick me up. But our server told us that it comes cold, which is odd because the menu literally says freshly brewed espresso in the cocktail description. It was fine though, we still enjoyed the drinks. Overall, our experience was nice! If you are ever in the Hialeah area, you should totally check this spot out. They also have bites you can order but we were full from dinner and didn't get a chance to try anything. Definitely have to come back to try some more cocktails and grab some bites!
