I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! You stood out from everyone else and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with you.

Printed. I designed them on Canva, but needed them printed (like real trading cards). I called Z and from the first phone call, he was pleasantly helpful. After a couple of back and forth emails, he had them off to print. I picked up within a week of our first conversation and was blown away at the final product. Exceeding my expectations, truly. Z was able to help me make each of our 12 players their own card, which I then packaged as a team set and gave each player within a homemade/DIY sleeve. Wine requires someone 21 or older to receive the shipment and we are frequently not home. This is the first time the shipment was sent to this store. In the background our son is graduating from bootcamp and there was a family illness. So we forgot about the wine. We never received notification of receipt from UPS, never received any follow up. We are now recovering and reached out to see if they received the shipment and I was informed that the shipment was returned on 11/4. They only allow one week for pick up. She explained that notices are "supposed" to go out. This clearly did not happen. We didn't know our shipment had arrived. We understand that every company has policies and procedures they must follow, and they have a right to do business the way they see fit. This very dry, technical approach is exactly what I received when calling them this morning. I will be reaching out to the winery next week to explain to them our experience with UPS. Hoping we can work out other arrangements with a company that chooses to follow ALL corporate policies, not just the ones that are convenient for them.

Terrible service. Avoid this place!…read more I did a notarization here on July 13th and paid for a local USPS tracking mail. I explicitly requested NO signature required. They completely messed up: Delayed Mailing: They forgot to ship it on time. Even after I called to remind them on the 14th, they delayed it until that night. Unauthorized Signature: They added "Signature Required" without my consent. Because of this, USPS couldn't deliver it to the closed business in Monterey Park, turning a local mail into a 3-day mess. Awful Attitude: When I called for help, they were extremely dismissive, impatient, and told me to "solve it yourself." Zero apologies, zero customer care. Now I have to pick it up myself. Never coming back!
