completely incompetent service department and management. i…read moredrove my truck in for service and was told that the problem was too complicated and that their mechanic and service department were uncomfortable to even diagnose the vehicle. i was told that i would need to have my vehicle towed in-order to pick it up , after i had driven it there. they said they had to push it into the service bay. i told them i drove it in wtf ? i had them bring me a jump box and i started it and drove if off the lot. they were too stupid to check the battery , boost start it , and complete a diagnostic. and the branch manager is too incompetent to manage the mechanics and service department and still says that a completely stock truck that i purchased factory re-certified is too complicated and that its somehow ok that their manufacture certified service department is too "uncomfortable" to jump the battery on a completely stock vehicle and diagnose a different issue , after i drove it onto the lot. and they charged me $730 to do absolutely nothing incompetence , theft by deception , false advertisement of having manufacture certified service , negligence , and absolute zero accountability. things were stolen out of my truck including tools - and that makes zero sense because they dont know how to use tools to do so little as jump a battery. the manager and the service department are thieves and liars . if you are capable of jumpstarting a vehicle you are more qualified to work on vehicles than this dealer is , what a frickin joke . wtf

I bought my vehicle from them in August 2021. At first they were real friendly, doing what they…read morecould to make a sale. Please drive the vehicle up to the speed you usually drive and a little faster. I say this because the vehicle that I bought from them did not come with the original key and I was limited to 80 MPH on the freeway. This took me by surprise and a couple of times I could not keep up with the flow of traffic on the freeway in San Antonio. This is a major safety issue that I didn't notice until I got on the freeway. I noticed they don't let you talk much and they talk talk talk until it's time to sign. Nicest as they can be. After signing for the car, 2 weeks later it shuts down and overheated without warning. This is within a 2 week period of signing for the vehicle. I contacted AutoWorld and since the contract wasn't fully off their hands, Autoworld paid for the vehicle to be fixed at Cantu Motorsports in Uvalde. After receiving the car back the same day, it broke down again about a week later going up the hill in Castroville, TX at 9PM at night. With oncoming traffic and traffic behind me I made an emergency U turn like the cops do and coasted us down the hill and with enough speed I made it to the gas station. with the car in neutral and parked. That could've been worse. I called the "FOREVER WARRANTY" and they were suppose to provide a towing service. What they don't tell you is that you pay out of pocket and don't get reimbursed. So I had it towed to the nearest Ford dealer per the "FOREVER WARRANTY" instructions and complained to the dealer which the General Manager reimbursed me out of frustration. Speaking of the General Manager, he likes to flash his money in front of customers. The Ford Dealer must submit a diagnostic report to the "FOREVER WARRANTY". All the while I'm thinking I'm gonna get a rental. Nope! You get a rental after the diagnostic is sent to the "FOREVER WARRANTY" AND the warranty company must accept it, then you get a rental. The Ford dealer was so backed up they reported the diagnostics a month and a half later and still no rental. The vehicle needs a new engine as per the diagnostics from the Ford Dealer. The warranty company has a rule that says if the vehicle was purchased within 4 months and less than 4K miles and less than 4 payments, they are not responsible for the repairs. I contacted AutoWorld in Uvalde and they have not done anything to get the vehicle to their service dept in Eagle Pass. I have been without a vehicle of any sort since the incident. I bought this car in August and it's now November. I call almost everyday to get a status and I keep getting the secretary telling me to leave a message and they will call me back in a couple of minutes. That's 2 weeks of leaving a message and no call back. Since the diagnostic was sent to the warranty and AutoWorld. If you're thinking this is covered by the Lemon Law it is not. Lemon Law only covers new purchased vehicles. Also when you buy a vehicle from them, don't be dumb like me and let them lie about your information to the bank so they can make a sale. They've sold many cars and I keep hearing bad things. I should have listened.

Took the paper I received from autozone and dropped off my car at 7 am on Wednesday January 20th. My car was not seen until sometime after 4pm. I received a call about my 2015 Dodge Challenger Shaker RT check engine light. The female said that they were needing to do a take down because apparently the codes from auto zone were incorrect. I told her I did not want to do a take down and to cease work on my car all together. The female said that I declined the work and that she would have my car ready in a few minutes by this time it's 5pm. I arrive and wait for 30 minutes. I get charged 135$ and as I am walking out of the dealership she comes with me. At this point I see my car and she tells me that whoever was working on my car scratched my shaker. So after paying 135$ at this place, they want to tell me as I'm about to approach my vehicle that they did damage to my 60,000$ car. She said some service manager would call me on Monday. So I guess I'm supposed to drive around with a botched vehicle from this place. I am having to now go to my trusted dealership in Houston to have my shaker fixed because I refuse to let them or anyone in this town touch my car ever again. First time visiting this place and this is the impression I am left with. You would think that I would be called immediately with a resolution from higher. I had to send my boyfriend the next day to get a paper that clearly stated they did damage to my vehicle because when I left the day of the incident they just gave me my receipt. Do not take your vehicle here. On top of that my car had work boot foot prints on my passenger side and mud on the driver side. I don't understand why anyone would be sitting on my passenger side of this vehicle. The scratch on my shaker from whoever "dropped" it looks like it was actually dragged. I will definitely find a way to report this place to a higher level because this is unacceptable. I am baffled at how you can damage someone's car and basically say oops and instead of them being proactive having their leadership contact me to work with me how to fix this, they rather have me wait 5 days. Went in for a simple recall on my airbags. Got my Jeep back and all these light came on when I…read moredrove it two blocks down the road. Went back and the manger was trying to charge me almost 200 dlls an hour to check what was wrong with it! My Jeep was fine went it went in except the air bag light but that was it. Ended up taking it to another mechanic and he told me they had messed with the computer that's why the jeep was acting up. Never again taking my Jeep here! And I recommend you don't take yours either! Really bad service!
