It's frustrating he's supposed to be a pastor but he treated my wife pretty poorly and didn't even want to sell me a car If you're going to run a car lot, you should at least be willing to treat customers with respect otherwise, what's the point? Running a car lot but being rude to customers is basically turning away your own business.

I had my 2023 car there 2 times service is absolutely horrible…read more stay away from this service department they are rude and out customer service last !!! it's not a question about fees as the service was a warranty claim ! only one person at the entire dealership had a smile and I was there for no less than 7 hours . I have been buying and having vehicles serviced for 44 years . all brands but brown automotive in eagle pass is less than a 1 go anywhere even if you need to drive there are good options!

I was going to purchase a new vehicle again and I really like Chevy vehicles but because of the client experience I have received I choose not to. I opted to purchase a 2022 Lexus and only because of their incomparable customer service. The last time I serviced my GMC the mechanic made a horrible human error by leaving the radiator cap off and all the fluid spitting onto to the engine. Mr. Ortiz' behavior was uncalled for and I felt his rudeness was abhorrent and would no longer continue to do business there and will recommend to all my friends to do the same.
