Left my car with them on a Friday, and In a couple hours he called me back saying they drove the car and couldn't experience the same issue I was having but because it was raining they didn't want to risk an accident. They left with me the option of you can pick it up and bring it back on Monday or leave it there until Monday for another round of testing. So I went with option 2. Again, tony called back and he was honest about them not being able to experience the same issue but suggested I take it a Nissan dealership. Happy to report that after taking it to Goodyear first and then Bert's, I took Tony's advice on the dealership and I'm now waiting to pick my car up at Nissan as I write this review because they were able to find and fix the issue. Thanks tony for your honesty I would definitely recommend this place especially too if you're a female and you always worry that you might get screwed over by mechanic shops. My husband and I have been customers of Juke with our two vehicles for typical maintenance and…read morethey've always been reliable, so when my brakes suddenly went out on my Jeep, I went to Juke for help. It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.
