I called and explained my situation and Eric stated he would wait, even if closed until I arrived to help me get home. I was traveling from Brackettville, TX to Austin, TX in my RV and my tire pressure was extremely low and dangerous to drive. I arrived and they were able to remove the back tires and correct problems with the tires and put the correct amount of air in the tires. I was able to get back to Austin, TX in a safe manner thanks to the crew at Velocity Tire in Uvalde, TX. They didn't even charge me anything!!! How about that for service and gratitude. I will be driving to Uvalde to purchase my next set of tires. Extremely grateful to Eric and Dominique for the kind and helpful service.

First he quoted around $300 BUT only if he took the vehicle to his shop. He quoted $1200 for a nearby city. When we asked for him to quote us for towing the vehicle 12 miles to a residence instead, the $300 turned into $1000!!!! WHY??? A city hours away is $1200? But a home close by is $1000?!! Then he switched his response and raised the price for the city to around 3400 because he got caught throwing out random numbers. Towing to his shop was cheaper because once the vehicle enters his shop he would have RIPPED US OFF to get it back!!!! Do not contact this company as they will change their price without telling you if you aren't careful! I'm repulsed by this "companies" actions.
