I called back around 3 pm and the lady said the man UV light broke that he was waiting on another one to come and waiting on a part... not in 10 minutes go by and the man calls to say I would have to pay $2,000 for a part and 1,000 for labor. He never said anything about a leak, moisture etc... I picked my car up and he charged me $95 for the dye and Freon and then I took it to Toyota where I purchased the car and they tested that there was no Freon in the car or dye detected anywhere and there was no leak or moisture. Today when my father went back and asked the cardonas what's the deal he said well I put in the Freon and dye in for free. They originally quoted a different price for a windshield replacement and got angry at my family member when he went to pick up the vehicle. The rude and incompetent owner raised the price after the invoice was already written. We agreed to pay anyway as to not cause a scene. He proceeded to call and text my family member only accuse him of running his mouth when he expressed his concern for the bait and switch tactic. The text from the owner stated that he didn't need our business. Its unfortunate that this company represents Uvalde. My family asked the owner to stop contacting him and to delete his number, but the owner continued to harass through another text. We eventually had to block the owners number. The owner is named Miguel, and he has no business trying to run a business. We will be sure to spread the word about this incident and urge others in our small community not to give Miguel and his company any business. This lack of professionalism is unfortunate. I would give negative stars if I could.

completely incompetent service department and management. i…read moredrove my truck in for service and was told that the problem was too complicated and that their mechanic and service department were uncomfortable to even diagnose the vehicle. i was told that i would need to have my vehicle towed in-order to pick it up , after i had driven it there. they said they had to push it into the service bay. i told them i drove it in wtf ? i had them bring me a jump box and i started it and drove if off the lot. they were too stupid to check the battery , boost start it , and complete a diagnostic. and the branch manager is too incompetent to manage the mechanics and service department and still says that a completely stock truck that i purchased factory re-certified is too complicated and that its somehow ok that their manufacture certified service department is too "uncomfortable" to jump the battery on a completely stock vehicle and diagnose a different issue , after i drove it onto the lot. and they charged me $730 to do absolutely nothing incompetence , theft by deception , false advertisement of having manufacture certified service , negligence , and absolute zero accountability. things were stolen out of my truck including tools - and that makes zero sense because they dont know how to use tools to do so little as jump a battery. the manager and the service department are thieves and liars . if you are capable of jumpstarting a vehicle you are more qualified to work on vehicles than this dealer is , what a frickin joke . wtf

Now they're trying to ask for more money for a job that we already put half down . The truck was hit by a deer this is a work van my son is losing thousands of dollars while he gets to run around. We told them to keep the van give us our money back but they refused. The next step is to contact a lawyer and the Better Business Bureau and try to get better local TV station to warn everyone about this scam business. All we want is our van fixed or our money back. The worst in Communications I ever seen do not trust these people at all
