These guys had my son's truck since December 8th it is now April 20th and they still haven't fix or contacted him about the truck he always contacts them and they give him the runaround. Now they're trying to ask for more money for a job that we already put half down . The truck was hit by a deer this is a work van my son is losing thousands of dollars while he gets to run around. We told them to keep the van give us our money back but they refused. The next step is to contact a lawyer and the Better Business Bureau and try to get better local TV station to warn everyone about this scam business. All we want is our van fixed or our money back. Terrible terrible terrible!! Stay away!! These people had my husbands truck for 2 months!!!! My son hit a deer and damaged the owner portion of an F250. They took forever to complete this work! Thankfully we had another vehicle we could use while they did nothing on our truck!!!! Wish I could leave zero stars!!!! read more

At this moment after 68 days (Accident date: January 15 2020) of patiently waiting for my truck to get repaired and the insurance company has issued full check payments EVEN an extra supplement for frame work, YOU TELL ME NOW, WOULD YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO GET BODY REPAIR HERE? why 1 star? because i cant technically give them lower. after a few days after the initial repair I noticed bubbling in the paint from where they crammed to the bumper on and had the bumper torqued at such a position as a painted from the plastic bumper. We took it back and waited 9 days for them to fix it. Upon Our return to pick up our vehicle the work was far less than satisfactory. And by that I mean multiple scratches down to the metal or found all around the vehicle one being around a foot-and-a-half long down the driver side door. And multiple circular scratches on the hood and front quarter panels of the vehicle. One of the body workers decided that it was acceptable to tell us that rocks had made the circular scratches on the vehicle. Not to mention the bumper was still not straight. We were also told the vehicle was dirty and we didn't know they were there until they washed it that's kind of hard to believe seeing how they weren't there the first time we've picked the vehicle up and they had washed it for us. After an additional 30 minutes of them attempting to buff out the scratches they had put in all directions of the vehicle and the failed attempt to straighten the bumper we were preparing to leave when I noticed the plastic liner inside the driver side front wheel well was sticking out and not attached. The workers solution was to just cram it back up inside and not attach it properly. I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH TO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISNESS. we WERE long time customers but that will be no longer. And I won't go into a whole lot of detail but the inside of the vehicle had been cleaned and vacuumed but our radio was turned to a rat station and turned up relatively loud which I found funny because we don't listen to rap music. read more

after waiting over two months for a front bumper painted and installed I got the car back totally unfinished. my AC blows hot as hell and it's 108 degrees out here. the paint doesn't match the body. constant visit dealer check lights. missing the seal between the bumper and hood. door dents were never repaired. And the bumper is falling off and not lined up. This is a 2021 fully loaded Camry and shoupd look new again. After two months I showed up in person only to find my car taken apart and never even started working on it. I'll be taking it back in again so they can complete the job like the insurance paid them to do. Such a hassle. They take on too many jobs that they can complete. pretty much they take your car in and bill the insurance for all the money and after two months of it sitting there they spend 1/2 a day to put it all together. I don't even wanna get underneath the car to see if they replaced the subframe cause I know what I'll find. If it doesn't get fixed this time around I'll be hiring legal services to represent me. Trust me...just take the time and drive to another city unless you have 2-3-4 months to wait. If you need a fender replaced. or dent removed and painted then I don't see how that would be bad. But if you need a whole front end and mechanical work done like AC condensor and radiator replaced then don't bother. read more

I took my husband's Toyota for a dent and paint job, it was great no one could tell I had hit something and the paint was an exact match. I did not give them 5 stars because they took a while before work was finished, but other than that it was a great experience. read more
