Griddlecakes Inspirada has been one of my favorite breakfast restaurants since it opened. Four of us went there for breakfast this morning (July 4th) before their rush started. It's a holiday; things got busy very quickly and it was appalling to see that there was only one server working. He remained quite calm and did the best he could. There were several large parties and many small groups. The service was understandably slow and at one point, a cook came out to help with serving food. Shame on management. If people called in sick, the manager should have been there helping. If not enough employees showed up, it's on management to make it work. Another server finally made an appearance on the floor at 9:38. Overall, the food was delicious, but I was stressed for the solo server. read more

It was my first time trying this place. It's a nice spot with great views of the whole valley, mountains, strip and all. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food came out fast and was delicious. I definitely will be back when in town. You have to give them a try! read more

Took my boys out for a celebratory lunch after a long school semester of working hard. The restaurant was not overly busy. The staff was very attentive and immediately cleaned our table that they told us to choose. The restaurant over was clean and the servers were attentive to clean the tables as they left. The server immediately brought us water and took our order in a prompt fashion. We ordered chicken finger meal, the Lover pancakes and the BLT. I should have specified crispy bacon because it was a little fatty. I was a bit unimpressed with the sandwich. The fries were so good-they are double fried just like we like them. The pancake was very sweet so it didn't need syrup but that's available. The chicken strips my son would have preferred a little crisper as well but they were fine. We would return and try more meals. read more

Food is on the healthier side. (They have gluten free pancakes) IF it's not breezy, the patio is enjoyable. Tables and chairs are standard; nothing extraordinary. Restaurant is clean and service is friendly. I've been here 3 times so far and service has been great. read more

He got the red velvet pancakes & let's say I didn't hear a peep from him while he devoured his meal haha I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger & I was blown away that it was the best burger I hv had in my life. First let's say the service was awesome. The waitress was very attentive. However, I was a bit disappointed in the menu. The menu reads 4 wings and a waffle. The wings were winglettes and the price was not cheap. The corn beef hash is not homemade. There was not an option for toppings for the waffles. I ordered a single white chocolate raspberry griddle. It was basically a plain oversized pancake. It taste like raw pancake batter. I saw other orders come out with syrup drizzle, whip cream and fresh fruit. I'm assuming it was one of their "specialty" griddles. $16-18 bucks for that ?? NO THANKS ! read more

My husband and I ate there. I ordered the Arnold, which is oatmeal pancakes with bananas and pecans. It was very good. Great service!

Have lived here for a few years and decided to give this place a shot. I ordered biscuits and gravy. Perhaps they were the vegan option because there was no sausage in it, basically flour and water with some black pepper. I didn't know they could be messed up so badly. Please take them off your menu or get a good recipe. The service was great but the food was flavorless and expensive. Pass. There are plenty of other breakfast spots around. read more

Thought we would try this location since Hubby wanted pancakes. We ordered, and then the food came out. Mine was fine, but his was totally screwed up. Potatoes were partially raw and not extra crsipy as requested, ordered his eggs over HARD, and they came out super runny. The manager was useless. The owner came over with attitude, no apologies, no offer to make it right, and only offered to just take it away. We walked out and didn't feel bad doing so. Now, I'm wondering if he's the same owner as the last place at this location that was an epic fail and is trying again under a new name. read more

I'm giving this location 4 stars even tho our overall experience was probably deserving of 2 stars. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or had new people working, but it was kind of a mess. We had to ask multiple times for things that we needed, we saw other customers getting up and grabbing their own things (like menus and even refills). I was the only one at our table that liked their food, I got a sausage egg & onion skillet over potatoes. My boyfriend got the steak & eggs but the steak tasted like liver, which even A1 sauce couldn't cover up the taste. We were seated by the window, which I do have to say the view was very pretty. More than likely we will give this place another try, hopefully once they reach their 1 year mark of being open things will be a little better. I would like to suggest, If any sort of management reads this, to please get more high chairs. There was hardly that many people in the restaurant & we came with 2 kids and were only able to get 1 high chair because there was another table using one already. Starting off w Positive; Service was outstanding and picking up was quick. Restaurant service staff were attentive, efficient and also very friendly. Negative; Quality and taste was subpar possibly due to ingredients. Ordered a omelette to go trying to stay LCHF and found out soy oil is being used for both cooking eggs and potatoes. Not a fan of taste or health ramifications. Order accordingly and perhaps ask if they can prepare w real butter or another much healthier option than soy oil. read more

Everything was great about this place! We had the El Hefe and a double stack of the blueberry and lemon pancakes. The food was delicious and cooked well. Generous portions!! I came here for brunch with a friend. This location doesn't seem to be as busy as the others, but the set up is really nice. We weren't able to sit on the patio due to wind, but it would be a great spot for breakfast in better weather. We ordered a lemon blueberry pancake and an omelette with toast and potatoes. So glad we found this place because we live so close. We went around 1:30 ish - 2pm today and had the place to ourselves. The restaurant was clean, has nice large open windows, and a nice outdoor patio seating area. Menu offered a GF section which was appreciated. We were happy with the portion sizes on all of our dishes, worth the prices which were reasonable. The food wasn't greasy or too salty at all. Everything was fresh and served hot. A gentleman was our server and he was very smiley and friendly and also checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. Truly appreciate having a quintessential breakfast place in Inspirada! The menu has all the classics for morning breakfast. After several months, headed back to the newly reopened breakfast spot, now Griddle Cakes, just this morning and it was on point from the moment we walked in. Friendly staff greeted and seated us immediately. Our order was taken promptly and seemed like our food was at our table in no time. First time at thr establishment. Live in inspirada, so very close to my house. Walking in, you get a smell of burnt toast and a heavy scent of bleach, not pleasing as food place. Wasn't packed at all, but food took forever. Food price and portion size didn't match as with a lot of restaurants these days. My Pancake, which is part of their allure, was razor thin and tasted like a piece of bread. Food overall was cold and not very flavorful. Nice location w a view but not a place that I will be returning to. During these hard economic times, restaurants must understand that customers want value and good food. If the prices are high and u put our average to below average food, your return customers will be low. Can't say I recommend this to my friends and family at this time. read more

I've been to the Griddlecakes on Eastern many times since I moved here in 2018. I was excited to hear that another Griddlecakes location had opened in Inspirada. I stopped at the Inspirada location a couple of weeks ago and was not disappointed. The same great food and great service. I will be back for sure. read more

We moved in the neighborhood when the closest thing to civilization was the Anthem Plaza. We were so excited to finally have something close, specifically Stacks & Yolks. But was so disappointed with the bad reviews that we never tried it. Today, we are here and happy to report that the food is amazing and the service is great. It is not a big space; however, it is perfect for a neighborhood spot. It had the "mom & pop" vibe which I love. There is nothing pretentious about it. Just really good traditional breakfast food. If you live in the neighborhood or somewhere nearby, I recommend checking this place out. The country fried steak plate is a must try. read more

I've had better experiences at Griddlecakes on South Eastern. This restaurant was not very inviting . Our server(s) were okay, but the decor was just blah. I much prefer Griddlecakes for breakfast... it is not my ideal lunch spot. What the heck we were in the area and it had a familiar name. We both ordered salads--Cobb and Grilled Chicken--both were $13.99. There was lot of chicken in the grilled chicken and the Cobb had all the correct ingredients and lots of them but both salads were built over a bed of spring greens. The spring greens weren't all that fresh and they were stringy--like eating lawn clippings. I'd go back for breakfast foods, I don't think I would go back for a salad. There are too many other better salad options at Raider's Grill (M Hotel) and Chessecake Factory (Green Valley) with prices pretty close Griddlecakes. Actually, I had a good Chicken Avocado Salad at El Pollo Loco this afternoon ($10.99). I'm really not a price shopper, but I like to get good value for the money I spend for restaurant food. read more

I will never by choice eat at Griddlecakes Inspirada. To drive out of our way for bad service is beyond me and would have preferred staying at Breakfast Junkies even though the wait time was over an hour at least they tried their best to accommodate. A party of 5 and staffing looked at us as if we were disturbing their process. A party of 7 walked in right after us and was seated before us, mind you the staff didn't know we all came from the same place. Then lied to that the table was already reserved for them.
