Not bad for a quick breakfast. Outstanding service due in large part to teamwork. The economy has definitely affected prices at breakfast restaurants across the board.

Griddle Cakes is seriously one of my favorite breakfast spots. The skillets are so perfectly cooked, flavorful, and super satisfying. The ingredients taste fresh and everything is seasoned just right. And the pancakes are delicious every time. The staff is also amazing. They're friendly, attentive, and really know what they're doing. Service makes such a difference, and they definitely deliver. I've tried other places too, and honestly, in my opinion, Babystacks' skillets just aren't as good compared to Griddle Cakes. The flavor at Griddle Cakes really stand out. When people say it's not good in the reviews, I feel like they just haven't tried enough of the menu. There's so much variety, and if you explore beyond one item, you'll find something you love. Definitely worth a visit!

I stopped into Griddlecakes on a Sunday morning. Being a popular brunch day and time had us waiting for about 20 minutes for a table but they moved quick to get us seated. Dusty was our server. He was so nice and went above and beyond to make my son the "best hot chocolate" he's ever had after he laid eyes on the hot chocolate Dusty brought him. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs with home fries. The portions are huge and we had leftovers. The prices are great considering how much food they serve you. The service is excellent at this location. They're definitely busy serving up all the families in Anthem and Inspirada so be patient when you go as you may wait a few minutes for things but they do their best to provide great service.

We were looking for good pancakes. Service was excellent, pretty busy, decided on just buttermilk Griddlecakes Plain. Pancake Size was dinner plate size. One would have been plenty, but we got 2 each. Flavor was good but was not crazy about texture. Rubbery I thought. Plates of food coming out looked very tasty. Maybe toppings on the pancakes would have been better for me! Lots of options for dressing these cakes up. I'm probably a no for going back, but glad we tried it.

My cousin lives in Inspirada and suggested we try Griddlecakes for Breakfast since it's close. We went on a Sunday around 9:20am and were seated immediately. They have a great menu with lots of choices. I ordered one of the Skillets- The Big Nevadan, I had eggs over medium and it has ground beef, bacon & cheese. It was deliciously savory. I choose the Biscuit and Gravy instead of toast and it's really good. My cousin built his omelette and enjoyed it. Portions are good sized. Of course we had to try a Griddlecake, so we split a single Buttermilk and it was delicious! Service started out good but when we asked for two things, each time the server forgot so it took awhile to get what we needed. It wasn't real busy so not sure what the issue was. The place is clean and simply decorated. They also have sandwiches, salads, and burgers so would be a good spot for lunch too.

Service was friendly, we were seated in 15 minutes, food came out fast and food was delicious. Breakfast potatoes were really good! Seasoned to perfection. Fresh squeezed orange juice! Pancake was huge! My husband customized his dish and the waitress was very sweet about it and made it happen. We were very thankful for her service.

First time here on a Sunday morning and it was amazing! Awesome service! Great food in lighting speed, too! Super clean, affordable, decorative and festive. This entire staff works hard as a team and it shows! Felt very good here! Loved it!

Maybe there will be at a later date, but for now these are some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. For starters, this place is super easy to find right off of St. Rose parkway. Pretty easy to get in and out, and there's plenty of parking space. First thing you will notice is there is an outdoor eating area, which would be great when the weather isn't as hot as it was. And that makes a great dining option. When you walk in the place is fairly dimly lit, which adds a really cool ambiance to it. On the walls are beautiful. Beautiful hand-painted murals, and everything is definitely cannabis themed. Ordering was super simple, they had big TV menus above the ordering area and of course the staff, which is super friendly and fun, makes it a super pleasurable ordering experience. I got the ak-47 which I thought was very funny. All the sandwiches are themed, I'm not going to give away too many spoilers but you're going to have to go and check it out. The AK-47 only is roast beef with horseradish bunch and all kinds of fixings. I have to say this is one of the greatest sandwiches I have had in a very long time. In a world of subways, Jimmy John's, and Jersey Mike's, it's nice to find a one-off sandwich shop that delivers flavor, atmosphere, and great service. Bottom line? I will definitely be going back to cheba Hut again. It was a perfect combination of high quality food, attentive wait staff, and a very cool environment. Even if you are not an enthusiast of the Sweet leaf, this is definitely a place for you to go and get a sandwich that will blow your mind.

The bad news is the rest of the sandwich was disappointing. I ordered the turkey and salami on sourdough. For my toppings I got tomato, onion, pickle, mayo, oil and red wine vinegar. For my cheese I selected cheddar. I also got the "big" version of the sandwich, the 8 inch. I also decided to order a cup of the New England clam chowder. After all it was Friday and I can always eat some good soup with a decent sandwich. I tried the soup first. It was so not hot that it was thick like paste! It was extremely salty and had a very bad fishy taste from the clams. Almost where I wonder if they were spoiled. I threw the remainder away. As I unwrapped the sandwich, I had to look back at my order to see if I ordered the kids size or something. Not only did it appear small in length, but there was hardly any meat on the sandwich. As you can see from the pictures, the turkey is barely even an ingredient at this point. Such a sad excuse for a sandwhich. Like I said though, the sourdough bread itself is great. Everything else, not so much. Such a shame. I was really looking forward to having a nice fresh sandwich shop close by.

I love this spot so much. Soooo authentically Italian. It's located at a park inside Inspirada, so love that, too. So unique and really makes it feel like a neighborhood spot. It was definitely popping so lots of people really enjoy this spot. I ordered the margherita pizza, and then of course had to get an arancini. I got the spinach and cheese one. It was SOOO good. And the food is pretty good too. Unfortunately, I have to knock the review down one star for the following reasons: 1. A couple of days ago we came in and ordered some stuff to go. The entirety of the waiting area was filled with school-aged kids, which isn't bad in itself. However, it looked like only two of the kids ordered anything, which means they were taking up space for no reason other than their friends got a coffee or ice cream. And they were LOUD. If you aren't a paying customer, don't take up every table. 2. Tonight we came in and got some food to eat there. The antipasti was fantastic, and the lobster ravioli was really good. Unfortunately, the shrimp that came with the lobster were way overcooked. To the point where they were hard beyond rubber and had no flavor. The wife still ate them, but one was all I could take. Overall, this place is awesome. Clean these two things up and I'll happily make this a five star review!
