I cleared them out and called back for him to come look at it again and Dana, the one who answers the phone told me she would call me back and never did. He had also tried to tell me that I needed a whole new system because mine was too old to get parts for. Initially, I placed an order for 275 gallons (I also had to pick from preset options & that was the closest) - I was bone dry & I have a 275 gallon oil tank. The gal who called was new & training & what normally takes 1 minute took 5 which was fine - it was her 1st day on the job & she was learning! I respect that & was very patient as she went through the process. She explained that I will most likely take closer to 250 gallons & I told her no problem, I just want the tank filled. She said she was running my card for 200 gallons to err on the side of caution & I said no problem, as long as you fill the tank & charge my card for the additional fuel afterwards which she assured me would happen, I am a happy girl. I got home last night & the slip in my mailbox was for 200 gallons even & I went into my basement & my tank was only 3/4 full. No big deal I thought, the gal was new, most likely forgot to check a box or notate something to reflect my desire to have the tank filled & figured I would call tomorrow & ask they re-deliver to fill the tank. Life goes on, everyone is happy! I called just now & the woman who answered was not the sweet girl from yesterday. She was rude, very argumentative & tried justifying the 200 gallons with a few different reasons - I told her listen, no problem, I just wanted to have you guys fill the tank so it is full, I don't care why! She became even more aggressive & was beyond rude to the point that I simply hung up on her. I just wanted what I ordered, nothing more & nothing less. He checked the house the pump everything. Come to find out my toilet had been running. He also found that the pump I had was not big enough and that I had tons of water left in my well but that the pump was not reaching it all. He replaced the pump with one that was fit for my system. He also checked my filters. They also did a treatment of the water. His prices were very reasonable especially for coming out on short notice. I have recently had them install a water softener. They explained everything and was done in less than a day. VERY professional, knowledgeable and a great local company!!
